SERVPRO of Cheyenne

The city pipe broke in my front yard. I initially panicked because I had nothing available to alleviate the problem. I had checked my home and had no clue where the water was coming from but it continued to rise. After the issued was identified ServPro was great. Carlos came in and eased my fears about the process of getting control of the situation. Thewy removed carpet and made sure that the area was completely dry before removing their equipment.

Easy to contact, quick to respond, thorough in their efforts, affordable in price....Everything you could possibly ask for especially in unexpected circumstances. Would highly recommend.

I had a pipe burst, and My insurance company uses specific vendors for my mitigation well, the company that they use I guess based out of Fort Collins they were closed at seven or 730 at night but it’s OK because I gave Servpro a call. They came out here fast. They were efficient I couldn’t have asked for a better team to come in and be the mitigation. I had an incident almost 2 years ago where the mitigation party that came out didn’t do a fantastic job when they were taking care of the things that got moisture on them in my home so I am glad I had Servpro they did a great job. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

We had a toilet overflow throughout the night. Called Servpro of Cheyenne on a Sunday. We live in the country. Servepro was at our house within an hour. Very responsive, professional, high quality work and responsive.

Our 28 cubic foot chest freezer, which has squatted in the same location in our garage for nearly 35 years, has been our workhorse for 52 years. I last pulled food out of it and transferred it to my small upright freezer about a month ago.

Last Friday~~the eve of the Labor Day weekend~~I went into the garage and was struck by an odor best forgotten. Yes, it was the contents of my ancient freezer, which had suddenly died and become the entrance to the underworld.

Saturday morning, I called Servpro of Cheyenne. Since the contents of the freezer were moldering inside of it, and there were no leaks, central dispatch advised me to tape the lid all around to keep the odor down, and the local office would contact me on Tuesday morning.

On Tuesday, Ricardo and Ryan came out to the house, took a look at the situation and provided me an estimate to make all this go away. And go away it did!

The next day, Jennifer and Allie came out, donned protective gear, and pulled the most repulsive wads of disgust known to man out of that freezer. Everything was double-bagged, securely closed, and taken to the landfill, where I'm sure the birds will fall from the sky for a month.

This morning the women were back to deal with the freezer. Using a truck mounted vacuum system, they pulled all liquids out, then completely sanitized the unit and sealed it shut.

They swept, cleaned, and sanitized the garage floor, and did it all with such skill, good humor, and efficiency, I wanted to ask them to move in. They advised me that a second team would be coming in this afternoon, with a trailer, to pick up the freezer and turn it in for disposal. Two strapping young men arrived, picked up that gigantic freezer and plunked it onto the trailer so fast, I didn't even get their names.

So here I am, freezerless, out probably $1000.00 in frozen food, and still so happy to have met the wonderful men and women of Servpro Cheyenne, I smile every time I think of them.

These people are the best. Ricardo called me several times to let me know when his people would be arriving and what they would be doing. His staff was prompt, courteous, and friendly. All of them knew exactly what needed to be done. (A special shout out to Jennifer and Allie. You guys ROCK!)

And finally, Ricardo called one more time, just to make sure everything was OK.

Servpro's number is in my phone, now. They will be my go-to if anything like this ever happens (shudder) again.

We called ServPro (Cheyenne) out to our home after we experienced water coming into our home during a storm. Ricardo was sent out with a water camera to walk through our home. I walked around with him to show him where we had water coming in. There was so much blue on the camera that it looked like a pool of water in our ceilings and walls. I asked if that indicated water and he said yes. We had already contacted our insurance company and so we asked ServPro to send the information to them. Not only did they not send the information to our insurance company, but during the process, they pulled out and said they didn't have any record of the water inspection in our home. As a result, we cannot prove the extent of the water damage. And since it has taken our insurance company three months to get started on our claim, we can't get them to pay for repairs we know need to be done. Thanks ServPro.

I cannot recommend this company enough! The SERVPRO team took our unexpected and stressful situation and made the remediation process simple, fast and painless! Our main point of contact, Patrick, was one of the best professionals I have ever worked with and went above and beyond to help us in any way that he could. What we expected to take weeks was done in a matter of days and we are incredibly grateful for everyone who worked with us through the process. Every single person I interacted with was kind, professional and made it clear that they truly care about their customers. The rental I have in Cheyenne, WY had a hot water leak that created water damage in the bottom level of the home. ServPro was very quick and efficient about getting out there to quote me for my insurance. As soon as I told them I was ready, they got out there and did the mitigation. I live in Delaware and the efficient and easy way ServPro did the mitigation was flawless and made my life less stressful!”

We contacted Servpro because our basement flooded. They showed up 4 hours after we called. The team was nice but told us that our basement wouldn't be covered by our insurance because it was caused by our sprinkler system. They also told us it would cost $10,000 to clean up the water. We sent them away and cleaned it all up with the help of our neighbors. Later we received a bill for $250. We were NOT told there would be a cost whether they did anything or not. That could easily be overlooked if it were not for their "marketing woman" harassing me for payment even before the bill was "due". She has sent me 3 email messages asking for payment. Seems they have financial issues if they need to use their "marketing staff" to harass people for a bill that wasn't even due! Ridiculous!

SERVPRO has come out to my house on two occasions and was nothing but thorough and professional. They did a great job with the flooding in my basement and made me feel calm about getting everything fixed. Great company!

The Serve Pro team are amazing! So professional and thorough. Our main water line broke in our basement and we had a good inch and a half of water flowing everywhere. We discovered the flood around 6 pm and the team was at our house in Cheyenne within 2 hrs of our call despite the fact they were working in Ft Collins at the time. They did an amazing job with the clean up and drying out. They explained every detail of their job thoroughly, did not try to do any unnecessary work and were truly focused on doing the best possible job they could and kept in touch each day as they checked on the progress of the drying out faze. Thank You Serve Pro for helping us keep our disaster to a minimum!! I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of this type of service. I called Servpro when my water heater leaked and ruined a couple of rooms.
Employees were friendly, polite, knew their jobs. All questions were answered thoroughly and honestly. Fantastic job! I hope to not need restoration again, but, if I do, I know who I'm going to call!

We had a back flow pipe burst outside and flooded our basement. Called SERVPRO and they got to my house fast! They also removed the water and set up blowers quickly as well. The employees were friendly and reassured us everything was going to be ok. Call SERVPRO over any other company, I PROMISE you you won't be disappointed. If I would have called any other company in town, I wouldn't have had quick service like this (trust me). Thank you SERVPRO for your help and service!

SERVPRO was amazing to work with when a pipe broke in the basement of one of my rental properties. My insurance company had SERVPRO as a preferred service provider. When I called to arrange services, SERVPRO responded quickly and had a team onsite within a couple hours, which I believe reduced the damage to my property. I will definitely use their services again.

These guys are Awesome!!! Backflow valve froze & exploded yesterday while I wasn't home... basement flooded bad... when other restoration companies wouldn't answer their emergency line (or call back) Servepro did and three awesome guys showed up immediately (930pm) and cleaned up in three hours. 6 blowers & 2 dehumidifiers running all night has seemed to minimize the damage done! Keep them in mind if you ever need water/fire restoration!!! A million thanks!!!!
