We have a 6 year warranty left on our roof that was fixed by Bob from the previous owners, I called to schedule an appt, Susan offered to have Bob come over on the weekend, because they wanted to be accommodating, and I said no rush, Bob can come during the week. So she said she’ll call again to schedule an appt, I waited till Friday and no call. So I called back again and I understood things fell through the cracks so we schedule another appt for the week after, I wait the whole day, no show, no msg no call, so I call back again and schedule for another day, same thing, the only difference is the random excuses I got on why Bob couldn’t make it. I have a feeling if I kept trying to schedule an appt, my warranty would run out before Bob showed up. I was hoping I can get to use bob’s services but I will be calling someone else.
