Had a great experience with Buck! We have a leak coming through our stone chimney, and he was able to come out promptly and let us know what steps we needed to take to mitigate it. He was thorough in his explanations and provided a variety of referrals.

Had a good experience with Buck. This company replaced my roof a couple months back, and I was having an issue after the fact. They scheduled to come out fast and fixed the issue. And also took the time to explain what the issue was and helpful knowledge for later on.

We recently had our roof redone at St. Paul PB Church, Miccosukee, Fl. We the members are so excited and satisfied about the cost, new look , and the time frame it was done in including the clean up. The guys that were working the project was absolutely nice and cared about the members being careful around the work site. Bob McKeithen and Sons, you guys ROCK!!!

This outfit put a new roof on my “new” house at closing a year ago. Tornado fun did a little damage, so I called them since it was their roof. I figured they would be busy with lots of calls and anticipated it taking some time, but they really did everything very quickly. I am no expert on roofing, but the job looks great to me, and the gentleman who performed the work seemed like the type that takes pride in things they put their name on. I can’t tell there used to be any damage. I was also impressed with how inexpensive it was. Of all the things that got damaged, my roof was the least expensive to fix. If a leak springs up I will update, but as of now 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I have used Mckeithen and Sons roofing for every roof I’ve ever done and Josh Nimblett always takes care of me! I would definitely use this company and not have a worry or concern with their performance! Thanks Josh!

I had a horrible experience. My experience started with a repair that occurred prior that was given a 90 day warranty. I went through that process and trusted that everything had been done correctly. Later own I started to experience other issues, damage to my home as a result of poorly repaired roof. I now have damages of over $7,000 as a result of poorly repaired roof.The area that I thought was repaired was not repaired. It took a while to even notice because we had not been getting that much rain until enough damage was done. The gentlemen who came out said he was surprised my ceiling vents were cracked since they usually have a lifespan of 35 years. In my mind I was thinking why weren't they replaced when you guys repaired my roof the last time. Especially since I was being told they were the source of my leak all along. I followed with them for a quote on how much it would cost to repair they told me they would get back to me. Eventually they just told me there were too much repairs and this at they could only give me a quote for a reroof weeks later.

I was in a bind when my roof started leaking, but Bob McKeithen and Sons CCC came to the rescue. After contacting three companies for quotes, they were the last to inspect my roof, and I'm glad they were. Buck, the inspector, provided an unbelievably thorough examination, uncovering issues beyond just a simple roof replacement. He meticulously identified problems like the lack of respiratory ventilators and other critical issues, then designed a comprehensive solution that was both functional and aesthetically pleasing. It was like having an interior designer for my roof!

Despite their thoroughness, they were also the most affordable option of the three. Buck's professionalism and genuine care for my roof and home were evident throughout the process. He even offered to cover and protect the leaking areas, regardless of whether I chose their services—a gesture that truly impressed me.

When it came time to install new skylights, they didn't settle for plastic like the other companies proposed; instead, they upgraded them to glass, adding even more value to the project.

The installation team, led by Buck, was excellent. They offered helpful advice when needed and did a marvelous job. The attention to detail was exceptional, and the final result speaks for itself—my roof looks absolutely stunning. Comparing it to other houses in the neighborhood with new roofs, there's simply no comparison. The gutter installation, handled by Waylon, was equally impressive. His professionalism and meticulousness ensured a perfect job, down to the smallest detail.

Overall, I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Bob McKeithen and Sons CCC. From Buck's expert guidance to Waylon's flawless execution, every aspect of the project was top-notch. They did our roof and did not ever fix around the vent like they were suppose to. It leaked. We had to fix it ourselves. Called for an estimate on roofing our shed. They came and took measurements but never got back with us. If they didn’t want to do the job, they should have just said so. I also asked about a large dark spot on our roof (it’s still under warranty) and I was told to get up there and try washing it good first. I am 68 years old. I don’t think I need to be climbing up on a roof. I definately would not recommend this company. Very unprofessional and don’t care about the job they do.

We recently had some minor roofing repairs to do. An inspection before buying noted some boots and flashing that may need replacing within a year. We called 2 companies for an inspection of the issues and to give a quote on the repair cost. Company 1 quoted us a staggering price of $1,350 for what we felt sure were fairly minor repairs. McKeithen, company 2 , quoted us a very good price nearly $1,000 lower than company 1. They were prompt in getting us scheduled. Dave, the repairman was very nice and explained the roof issues, which were minor, and did excellent work. We were very happy with McKeithen and their roofing service! We used them about 15 years ago for similar issues on a different home and I recall getting the same high level of service then.

We will not use anybody for our future roofing needs other than McKeithen. I strongly suggest you call them and watch out for others roofers who are not as dedicated and honest!!!

Signed a contract with Buck in early October, stated they would be out in November to complete the work. Nov 3rd I sent an email to Buck asking when they would begin the job in Nov, no response, nothing. He was the only person we were dealing with and stated we were to contact him directly for questions. Come mid December receive a call from Joshua stating they pulled permits and wanted to come out to complete the job, I said no due to no repsonse from Buck when I reached out to him on Nov 3rd asking when the work would be done in November. Joshua stated Buck would never say that because they were 60 days out, but he told us directly to our face 30 days and never responded when an email was sent to confirm for Nov. We said no longer interested and Joshua sends us an inovice fo 500.00 dollars. He kept saying we were lying and what was told to us by Buck and we did not reach out when I had the email showing I did reach out. I assumed they blew us off with no response. I did not apprecitate we were called liars. We did what Buck requested and followed his instructions. If they were busy and behind all they had to do was tell us, Buck could have responded by saying they were delayed and the job would not be done as planned. No communication, blaming us for their error and indicating we lied. Very unprofessional

We put it in writing to make sure we had documentation you would come out when you said you would with no response. I went with someone with the SAME price as you and we went with someone else when we heard nothing from you after sending out an email to Buck, Buck's emails go to his phone. Nothing. You blew us off.

We were hoping this had nothing to do with my husband being black, we are hoping we were not discriminated or treated poorly by his skin tone. Or felt you could treat us this way by his skin tone or the side of town we live on

Do you need a new roof? We did so we got 3 estimates from local companies and selected Bob McKeithen & Sons because they were able to meet our needs the best. The replacement team arrived and went to work removing the old roof. They took great care in protecting our yard, plants, and property. They worked until dark and cleaned up prior to leaving for the night. The next morning, they arrived and began the replacement process. We were amazed at how hard they worked. The professionalism and work ethic the team displayed was unimaginable. The team worked so well together, their skills and abilities displayed in every part of the process. They completed the replacement in two days with a beautiful roof that makes our home look new. They left our yard in better shape than it was when they arrived cleaning all the debris from the process and more. We are 100% satisfied with the process from start to finish and highly recommend Bob McKeithen & Sons to you for your roof replacement. You will want to write a review like I did!

We used McKeithen Roofing for our roof repairs towards the end of this last year. The guys were there on time and ready to get going right away. It was done on a flash ??? I couldn’t believe how quickly and efficiently they got the job done. Also they knew I was at home working so they made sure not to disturb me unless completely necessary. I could not have asked for a better or more professional experience. Hands down. Would be happy to refer all my friends and family to them for all things roofing.

Our front porch needed replaced and our landlord hired these “roofers.” They were suppose to begin work at 8am so I left home before they arrived and worked a 11hr shift. After working all day, this is what I returned to. I tripped over a tool bag full of nails because it was left on the walkway. After I made my way inside I came back out to move as much debris and trip hazards from the walk way as possible. Further inspection they destroyed one of my banana trees and the other is simply missing. Not sure if it was stolen or thrown away. This is completely unprofessional and the incompetence is appalling.

Workmanship is better than anyone I have seen. Superb crew and attention to detail. great job. Buck is a class act.

The next house I buy I'm going to make sure it needs a roof so I can call Bob. That way I'll know that the roof was done right.

In 2012 they installed a stone-clad-metal roof on my house. However, they did not seal around my chimney. Or more precisely, they sealed around the top half of my chimney but not the bottom half. Whether they forgot to finish the job or have some crackpot theory that you do not have to seal around the bottom half I do not know. The bottom line is that water got below the roof, obviously, causing extensive wood rot in the gutter area at that side of the house. They also did not seal where my roof meets a wall of the (offset) other half of the duplex I live in, causing more wood rot in that area.

Buck is the man , polite and respectful, and the roof was done as expected and beautifull roof done in one day , 5 star service.

We couldn't be happier with our experience with McKeithen Roofing. From start to finish, everything went very smoothly. The work crew worked tirelessly from start to finish and displayed incredible workmanship skills. Replacing the roof made an older house look new again. Considering work quality, price, and overall satisfaction, McKeithen Roofing definitely rates 5 Stars!

If you are looking for someone who does not call you back and disappears into a black hole call McKeithen. I called them, waited two weeks for someone to show up and then called their office. The woman had NO record of my call even though I had given her detailed info on my first call.

Jose, who I ran into at another neighborhood job works for McKeithen,
gave me his card and promised to stop over. A no-show after two weeks as well. I called the number on his card. The voice mail, all in SPANISH(!) said the box was full. I called a number of times after, but yes, you guessed it, NO answer except for the Spanish recording!
Glad I didn't hire them as they are NOT USER FRIENDLY and likely unreliable.

Josh and Jose were terrific to my 86 yr old mother-in-law after Hurricane Michael on October 30th. They finished her roof a month ago at a terrifickly resonable price and left the job completely cleaned They kept me abreast of the progress and sent me pictures for the insurance company. Josh treated my Mother-in-law as if she was their mother! I would highly reccommend this roofer as they were fantastic!

Extremely professional and courteous. I wish I could give more than five stars for this fine business and for their very helpful staff. I recommend these folks without any reservation whatsoever.
