BNW did a great job replacing my old windows. I appreciate their expertise to ensure the job was done correctly.

BNW employees did a great job for us and it was cheaper than the leaf guards we put on a few years ago. Gutters are well built and strong. They cleaned up after the work was done and my wife and I are very pleased with them and the sales person Chris was wonderful to work with.

We had over 40 windows replaced. We called because we knew the work product would be excellent. Scott was patient and worked through the selection process with us. Tim assured all measurements were exact. Steve went above and beyond not only managing the install but then assuring we could get some siding replaced that was found during the install. Bruce has a great team. This is our second project with BNW with nothing but positive things to say.

I am very Happy with the every one at BNW Builders they greet you with a smile and introduced them selves, contractors arrived at 11am, work was done right away. They cleaned up and were done by 5pm. No one else was called for an estimate. I will call again.

I couldnt be happier with our new front door. Everything was awesome from meeting Scott at the intial sale, to Tim who completed final measurements, and lastly to John and Drew for the phenomal job they did with the install. I had a very unusual situation where I had to hold off on getting my window installed when it was ready due to foundation issues and how long it took to get it done. They were patient with my situation and even though it was about 2 months after I should have had my window in it was worth the wait. This is my second window I've had installed from BNW Builders.

We have been dealing with BNW builders for years and for all kinds of improvements. We have always been very happy with their work and their products, and we have more things we want to have them do in the future.

You do have record of contact with me as you provided us a replacement window. I provided a review that was reflective of the service we received. The poor level of service, customer service and communication that we received was just too much to explain and is why I originally chose to only leave a rating, which once again fully reflects the service you provided and there is ABSOLUTELY no argument that it doesn’t.

I want to recommend BNW Buiders as a wonderful company to work with. They just finished my new deck. They did a great job. There staff was good to work with. I highly recommend them>. Great company to work with.

I recently had a sliding glass door installed by BNW Builders. Chris, the salesperson, was on time for his appointment, he thoroughly examined what was already in my older home and made recommendations. The bid was acceptable and order was placed. I was impressed by his knowledge and patience in explaining the options. Trey, the installer, was unbelievably fast and proficient. Trey wasn’t content with just “installing the door.” Some gaps in frame and floor occurred due to house’s aging and he made sure to finish the gap—truly went above and beyond expectations! Customer service also was exceptional whenever I called—actually was able to speak with a “real person.” I highly recommend BNW!

BNW builders installed a new front door and storm door on our 1940's cape 5 years ago and did a fabulous job. When it came to replacing our windows this year, we again went with BNW. They went above and beyond in the installation, providing exceptional service and workmanship. Additionally, they were very competitive with pricing. I am more than impressed with the customer service I received from BNW. I would give 10 stars if I could! BNW replaced our windows and patio door several years ago. We recently began having a problem with the door and attempted to fix it by contacting the manufacturer, which became very frustrating. I have had 6 windows installed in my home last year. An entry door installed in 2022 and a basement outswing French door installed today. I don’t usually write reviews but the workmanship and professionalism along with the customer service from BNW Builders deserves recognition. Anyone and I mean anyone who needs work done on their home needs to give this company a shout. They don’t just sell products they stand behind what they sell. Old school sales and service. 15 stars 5 for each time I have dealt with them.

100 percent satisfied with all the work done to my house. I had siding, windows , doors and gutters. The job was done quickly and on time at a reasonable cost.

Wasted my time. I drove 35 mins to the business. Spoke with an employee for 15 mins and setup a quote appointment. Waited weeks for the appointment. Day of appointment, gentleman gave me an insanely high verbal quote and then never emailed me said quote. I didn't even bother contacting the company again since it was outrageous.

I highly recommend BNW builders. We have had a few projects done, and the staff does a wonderful job. From the front office to sales to installation, everyone is friendly and helpful. I will definitely use them again. In fact, I have a new project in mind right now!

We couldn't be happier with the Wiegan Heat Mirror replacement windows we had installed back in May. The temperature is much more consistent throughout the house and it is much quieter as well. Our electric bill seems to be quite a bit lower than in previous summers.
Chris the salesman was very professional and the installation crew did a superb job with the installation.

Scott and the BNW team are great. We've hired them for two major projects at our 100-year-old church building, replacing over 80 windows. BNW's pricing is fair and they deliver on time. Communication was good and the crews do a top-notch job with installation and clean up. Happy customer on all fronts.

Came to repair a small leak at my end cap retightened to the facia board. Worked very well cleaned up and big rain yesterday and no more dripping.

Excellent Work for a Great Price. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star is that the workers weren't on time. Overall excellent work & they clean up nicely once they leave your home. You also get a tutorial on how to work your windows. I have another appointment to get three more windows from them because they are nice

We had such a great experience with BNW Builders. They were very professional throughout the process and the team that installed our windows could not have done a better job. We had all of our windows replaced (33 in all) so the guys were at our house about 4 days total. They left everything clean and tidy every day and were genuinely nice guys. Chris, our sales rep was fantastic as well. The windows turned out beautifully. We have only had them a few weeks, so while I know we can't speak to energy savings yet, I can say that the noise reduction has been significant and we are loving the ability to open our windows on cool mornings/evenings without worrying about bugs. (Our old windows were missing screens) Please give BNW a call, you will not be disappointed!

BNW totally renovated our home exterior to include new Everlast siding and all soffit / trim. They installed rock around the entire base of the house and replaced three decks and a screen porch. Every crew was professional, hard working and perfectionists. BNW provided professional architectural renderings of all work and pulled all permits with our county. Before they began working all the team leaders met at our house to ensure all phases of the job were coordinated. Every member of every team throughout this project was courteous and professional. In a few years I will be replacing my roof and I will definitely call BNW. I am so very happy I chose BNW for this renovation project.

We had all of our windows replaced a year ago. Recently I reviewed the past year of our power bill statements compared to the previous year. We averaged a 27% savings over the previous year! We had noticed that our home was warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. Can't say enough about how happy we are with those results! BNW/Windows of Richmond was a pleasure to work with. Everyone from sales to installation was knowledgeable and very professional. I would highly recommend them!

Our project with BNW Builders and Windows of Richmond was a remarkably good experience. We had 11 windows and one set of French Doors replaced and everyone at BNW went out of their way to make this project as successful as it was. It started with the salesperson, Jimmy, who took as much time as was necessary to discuss various options and to give us comparative information so we could evaluate options not offered by BNW. The company's owner, Bruce, also became involved in our discussions and offered us additional useful advice and went out of his way to ensure that our color and style options were obtained. (This also involved permitting one of his craftsmen, whose name I'm embarrassed to admit I have forgotten, to painstakingly stain the unfinished French Doors--a time-consuming effort that involved repeated visits to our home to match the color of the existing wood paneling.) Gerry, obviously an experienced builder, came out to our home to measure--very carefully, the window and door openings in order to ensure that the constructed units would fit properly. (He later, during installation, directly oversaw the installation of the French Doors and made sure that they fit perfectly. Of course, the post-pandemic supply chain issues being what they are, it took a few months for the window units to arrive in Richmond but Wayne, who was responsible for scheduling our project worked closely with us to make it fit into our schedule. The installers, themselves, showed up on time and worked carefully and quietly for two consecutive days. (The only real noise was from our dogs who made it apparent that they did not like the disruption in their normal daily routine.) The end result is fantastic looking new windows and a spectacular set of French Doors. We cannot recommend BNW highly enough and will definitely use them again for future home projects.

The windows I had installed are simply great! The have proven to insulate my house both from weather and noise. The installer did an excellent job of installing all my windows. I recommend them with any hesitation. Try them and you won't be dissappointed.

Fabulous experience! I'd given them 6 stars if I could. I had 41 windows replaced using the Marvin fiberglass windows. The installation crew was amazing. They respected my home as if it were theirs. I'm a pretty picky consumer, and with 41 windows replaced, I though t for sure that I'd have a pretty long punch list. Well, I ended up with zero punch list items. 41 windows and not a single mistake. One screen was shipped by Marvin with a defect and Jerry came out the NEXT DAY and replaced the defective screen. Great company!

They did a perfect professional job installing our windows, and the windows are excellent. We have recommended them to our neighbors here in Crossridge and they have also purchased windows from them. This is an exceptional company.

Very professional install. They obviously know what they are doing. We went with a BNW-designed product and it changed the whole character of the house. The UV coating has resulted in much lower energy costs as far as cooling is concerned (house faces east so summers are brutal). Would definitely recommend these guys if you are serious about your home.

We had our windows and doors replaced by BNW Builders and are very happy, they worked to correct problems from a previous builder and addressed every issue, they wrapped the windows correctly and now the rain does not run behind the windows. Nice job guys.

One of the best purchases I ever made for my home was new windows from BNW. They keep the heat out in summer and no cold air leaks in in the winter. Any furniture we have near the windows have never faded from sun exposure. They improved the overall look of my home. Scott Alexander from BNW Builders came to our home to give us an estimate on a door replacement. He was very knowledgeable and explained in detail everything we needed to know about replacing our door, side lights and transom. BNW was recommended to us from a close friend. We ordered the entire unit and a gentleman came to our home to precisely measure the door. We recently had the unit installed and are thrilled with the way it looks. It's beautiful and not only look fabulous but also gives us a lot of light in our foyer. The installers were very professional and installed it in one day and removed the old unit when they left. We are now recommending them to a close friend of ours. Thank you BNW for assisting us in getting the door of our dreams. I look at it every day in awe!

BNW replaced our existing wooden deck with a product from Wolf Decking and Porch which is PVC decking. Outstanding crew from BNW from the sales team to the construction division manager to the foreman and crew to the office personnel. We were kept informed of work to be performed, inspections to be made and the crew cleaned up the property at the end of each work day. The deck and the railing is gorgeous and we are so thankful to have had BNW perform the work. Also the contractor who installed the powder coated rails did an amazing job .

I contracted with BNW for several projects: 1) to change my siding for new vinyl siding, 2) to change my old wooden windows to new vinyl windows, and 3) to install new gutters with leaf guard. I’m very satisfied with their work. They were quick and very professional and did a very good job in the three projects. The salesman was willing to help me find the products I needed and gave me a competitive price. They assigned me a project manager that was very friendly and always available to me by cell phone and kept me up to date with the timing of the project. The manager in the store was always very polite and helped me to expedite the work just in time before a family event. I would recommend them and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

I shopped around and got quotes from the other big specialty gutter companies. I live under numerous large oak trees so when I built the house 20➕ years ago, I wasn't going to be constantly cleaning gutters and there wasn't a product such as Gutter Shutter, so I never had them. BNW was not the cheapest but the product that they offered was in my mind the best in quality and engineering. They were up front with all the details of the product and when they would be able to install. They were very prompt and professional in every aspect (sales, quote to installation). The installation crew were polite and very concerned that they installed my new gutters to my satisfaction. The next day after installation, it monsooned and the gutters worked even better than I had expected. Worth the money and the company.

BNW re-sided my entire home at a competitive price and with exceptional quality. From consultation through to finished install I couldn't be happier with the job. The communication was upfront, clear, and helpful and the craftsmanship was impeccable. Tommy and Christian did not miss a single detail. The home looks spectacular, a true transformation. I will absolutely call them again should I consider a deck or other exterior projects.

We had them replace our siding and gutters. The craftsmanship of the installers was impeccable. No covering up the old siding with this company. They took down the old siding, put up Kingspan GreenGuard insulation board and then put up the siding, rapped window sills and trim. Tommie’s crew did an amazing job. If you want it done right, this is the company you need to call.

Once materials were provided by the supplier (there was some Covid related delay), BNW had the siding crew there as scheduled. Work progressed in a timely manner and work was performed with expected high quality. Gutter, door, and window (2) crews came right after the siding was completed. There work was done quickly and with expected quality. Overall, I am pleased with the sales, installation and quality of work and material.

BNW Builders did an excellent job of installation of windows, gutters, front porch rails, front door and metal wrap! Wayne was our point-of-contact at BNW that gave us updates, scheduled work and quickly answered questions! All installation guys were professional and polite! A+

BNW put up gutters at my barn. The quality is excellent. It was installed in even less time than promised. Everyone was very professional. I would highly recommend this company for any home improvement work!

BNW did a fantastic job. The Marvin windows and sliders are a super product. BNW repaired rotten wood. On their own initiative, the installation team added a quarter round trim to the bottom of the doors - since the previous installer left a gap between the door and the rug. The installation team cleaned up everything - inside and out- each day. They were professional and quiet - so they were not an intrusion in my house for 2 1/2 days. They explained what they were doing, - their schedule. If i had any questions, they addressed them. When i reviewed the job on BNW's web site and noted the windows had a few finger prints - Bruce called me within minutes and scheduled a window cleaning company to clean all the installed windows. Clearly BNW is customer focused ! Everything was done very carefully - they treated my house like theirs. I had no surprises with this big job! I am very happy with the service and workmanship. Note -i had used BNW for gutters several years ago. When they came out to price the windows - and i pointed out a small issue after a big wind event, the salesman had BNW call me back and schedule warranty work !!!! They came out within 2 days and repaired the small gutter issue under warranty - Sure maybe they were trying to earn my window business but after all this i think BNW is sincere in keeping its word and keeping its customers very satisfied.

From sales to project manager to the installation team, each communication was truthful and professional. My windows are beautiful. My prior experiences with other companies led to frustration and worry because installation was poor requiring return trips. Right the first time means a lot to me. I will return. BNW constructed a new screened in porch over our existing deck. The workmanship and quality was excellent from start to finish. We love our new porch and are able to enjoy sitting outside from spring to fall. We highly recommend BNW!

November of last year we had gutters installed on our home in Goochland. Our home has been without gutters since being built in 2006. Bruce and his staff were amazing and superior in their professionalism. In 2008 you re-sided my home, new windows,gutters, new porch. Twelve years later it still looks new. Through the years I have called to have this adjusted or that tweaked and you have sent some of the best people to take care of the problem.

Most recently I needed a vent connected in order to close on my house. In this time of Covid and higher demand for service I felt blessed when Tommy was able to fit me in within a couple days. He and Christian fixed the vent and I can finalize the sale.

I believe the beautiful exterior of my home contributed to its quick sale.

THEN THE OWNER, BRUCE, CALLS AND BERRATES AND ARGUES WITH MY WIFE BRINGING HER TO TEARS AFTER SHE LEFT AN HONEST REVIEW OF HER EXPERIENCE. HE WILL TRY TO SAY HE CAN'T ME IN THE SYSTEM BUT IT'S RIGHT BELOW THIS ONE UNDER MY WIFE'S NAME. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE....IN REGARDS TO THE OWNER'S REPLY, MY WIFE DIDN'T GET OFF THE PHONE CRYING BECAUSE OF ANY PLEASANTRIES SHE RECEIVED. THAT'S FOR SURE. Unfortunately my experience was not good. After signing a contract for a screen door I was told the job would cost double the amount because the salesman did listen when I told him my frame needed to built out. Instead of figuring out a way to make me happy and do the job they just refunded my down-payment and said sorry. I was so disappointed.

5/18/22: I LOVE BNW Builders! SO responsive, even in these hard times. Technician came out and cleared the clog in the downspout that was interfering with the gutters. What a NICE man! So friendly, professional. I won't hesitate to use BNW for any future needs I have.

BNW Installed my gutters 5 years ago - we love them! I recently had a concern about one section and within HOURS of calling them, they had their warranty technician get in touch with me, make an appointment for the NEXT DAY, and made a simple adjustment to the front gutter the very day after THAT! You can't ask for better customer service than that!

BNW Builders installed a new screened in porch and deck for us. They were very dependable and did a great job. Several of ours neighbors have commented on how beautiful it looks.
