We are very happy with how our renovations by Bluewave! It feels like we have a new house. This was not a straight forward reno with several load bearing walls coming down and beams going in. All of the workers were very professional and Chris Harrelson did a great job managing the project and communicating with us at each step. He had some great recommendations throughout the project and the end product turned out great!

We used Bluewave Builders to build a pool house and it turned out great. First of all our project supervisor, Chris Harrelson, was very responsive. I have had other projects with other companies in the past and communication seemed to always be lacking. Not so with Chris or Bluewave in general. We had another bid for this contract that was lower, but that GC was always late to our meetings so we went with Bluewave because they were dependable. They always got back to me quickly and answered all of our questions or concerns. The pool house itself turned out amazing. They were able to match the architecture of our house and it looks like everything was built at the same time. The build quality was also excellent. I am very happy with the end result and am sure we will enjoy the pool house for decades to come. I would use Bluewave again and would recommend them to anyone who asked, including family.

We purchased a 93 yr old beach house in Neptune Beach, so the question was renovate or new build? This necessitated us to pick a builder/contractor to assist us on our journey. We noticed multiple home builder signs on various projects in and around the beach community. We met with a few and selected Bluewave Builders. Why? They understood the importance of the build to us, the emotional component and the commitment to each other.

We started this journey in the Summer of 2022, covid, supply chain issues, availability of contractors/subs and working with the City of Neptune Beach for permits. After meeting with Paul Zebouni and his team, we signed a contract to replace the existing home with a new build. His employees, his team of preferred subs and list of positive references sold us.

While we've never built a home, our project manager, Scott Kahlig, was the consummate professional. No job is ever straight forward (so we've heard) and we worked together to solve the challenges. That said, Scott kept us informed, let us know in advance when decisions needed to be made (timeline), supported and offered insight/experiences where required/asked. I felt, Scott, had our back and worked tirelessly in our behalf. And BTW even after we received our certificate of occupancy, he was readily available to support our questions and needs.

In addition to Scott the whole support team of Bluewave were extremely considerate. As you know new home construction in a dense neighborhood like Neptune Beach can cause your neighbors some discomfort. Noise, Construction site trucks etc.. all my neighbors thought the team were considerate, responsive and cordial.

So our experience as well as our neighbors was spectacular. I'd use Bluewave Builders again, if the situation arises.

Paul and Chris were wonderful to work with on our second floor addition as well as bathroom renovations. We added a guest bathroom retiling toward the end of our project and they were able to accommodate us very quickly. Paul even went out of his way to assist in communication on a side project that I was coordinating simultaneously in order to expedite it. Overall, they were very responsive to email, calls and texts and never made me feel like any small request was a bother.

Paul and his team were superb. Our house was suffering from water intrusion for years, leaking from rain not to mention hurricanes. We’d had others come in and do fixes before but it never seemed to get resolved. Paul and his team did tests to diagnose the problem and the substantial repairs were done with quality and cost transparency. We ended up having to change the roof, upgrade the vinyl siding to cement board shake siding, the deck had to be taken up, waterproofed and tiled, most windows and sliding doors replaced, stucco repaired, and the whole exterior and part of the interior painted. Also new gutters and a new septic tank. All of it was executed with quality and the utmost professionalism. We are glad we relied on Bluewave Builders to protect and enhance our investment. We are happy to say it’s been 2 months since the substantial repairs were completed and there is no sign of water coming in. Highly recommended.

Paul and his crew performed a complete exterior renovation of our house including new windows, siding, deck, and some structural repairs and small interior work. The entire crew was respectful, competent and pleasure to have around while working in such close proximity to my family over an extended period of time. Retrofits of old houses are very difficult, yet they dug in and worked through the technical detail to get the work done correctly.

Paul and his crew built an addition and did some remodeling in our house. It was a completely different experience dealing with them than previous contractors I worked with. Listening to horror stories from neighbors who had remodeling done I expected a negative experience. Fortunately, it was the complete opposite. Bluewave built our deck and did a wonderful job. The process involved taking down an old deck and constructing a new one. They arrived when they said they would and were very professional in how they went about doing the work. The price they quoted was reasonable. The owner was present and oversaw the work throughout most of the construction. He on other times, was available via text and the phone. My wife and I were very pleased with work and the whole process. I would recommend him highly to friends and relatives.

Paul and his team carried out significant repairs of our beach house including replacement of rotted cedar shakes, fencing, windows, electrical, painting etc. His crew were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and skilled. He gave an accurate estimate, was very responsive and most importantly was trustworthy. If we did not need something he told us but also pointed out other items that would have caused problems had they not been fixed. Paul was on site every day to inspect the work and tell us what was happening. Crew was always on time, worked hard throughout the day and left the site clean every night.
