We started from scratch with a less than ideal peace of land to build on. John saw the potential and made our idea into reality. Seeing everything come to life is truly a unique and amazing experience. I have nothing but positive things to say about the build quality, communication throughout the build, and the costs.

I debated for a long time about writing this review, but since we purchased our home we have had constant issues with the roof.
All Florida Custom Homes replaced the roof on my home in January of 2018. We purchased the home not long after that. The first leak we found was in April of 2019. I called the owner of All Florida Custom Homes on 4/2/2019 and was given the runaround, telling me there are no warranties and to call someone else. We have had issue after issue each year and found patches of roof not covered/secured properly and subpar work at best. I still find roofing spikes everywhere and had to go to the emergency room because I got one in my foot while gardening. The quality of work is unacceptable regardless of any excuses provided. I would avoid this business for roofing needs as they do not stand behind their work.
Update: Thank you for your reply. Nowhere in my post did I mention any specifics about my house, which demonstrates that you recall speaking with me. Instead of offering any options for repair you told me exactly what you said in your reply. You could have gained business, but instead, and for a second time, put your issues with the bank onto a potential customer. Thank you for your time. I stand with my original review of the work your business provided and wish you the best.
John worked with us to add an RV garage to our home. The RV garage design was to exactly look like it was original to our home design. John and his team were meticulous in every detail and the new RV garage came out beautifully. If you’re doing any new additions or building your new home and you want it done right then you need to call John at All Florida Custom Homes.
