Blue Spruce is one of the best roofing and siding companies I've seen during my 40 years of construction. They respond to daily owners concerns and immediately resolves each case. Example, an owner called Ty about her electricity going out. Ty looked around and located a GFI breaker that tripped causing power outage in a condo. Ty knew what to look for and reset the GFI breaker and all was resolved. Another example, Ty was called out to another unit for a water leak. Ty located the leak in the ice makers hose, not the result of construction. Ty is willing to go well beyond his scope of work to help the community resolve whatever issues come up during critical times.

It was cold and we experience high winds - They persevered and got it done inside of a couple of weeks which is quite an accomplishment up here.
