I can’t speak more highly of Blue Roofing response to our needs last May, 2024. We were hit by the north Denton County tornado, with a large tree on our roof and lots of shingles missing here and there. With storms approaching a few days later, Andrew (owner) assured me we would be taken care of and the next day he dispatched Dan and a roofer to install emergency roof tarps. What a caring company and comfort they were to us.

Oh my Gawsh!!! Andrew is the absolute most honest, hardworking and went WAY above and beyond for me. BEST roofing experience I have had in 35 years! It all
started when he came to my house and educated me on How to read the insurance claim!! That information in itself turned out to be worth thousands of dollars Directly to ME, which many roofers take and the customer is unaware Because the customer does not understand all those numbers on the claim document from the insurance company. Barely over two years in my new build, ceiling gets a leak. Warranty ended 2 years and my realtor gave me Blue Roofing’s number. I texted and made arrangements for him to take a look at my roof today. I was so worried about this fix and of course how much it would cost. Andy is very customer oriented and friendly. He came in to see where the ceiling leak was and then we went out and he determined it was from my dryer vent. He went up in the roof and assessed the damage. He came down and told me what he found and how he would fix it and then did so. Then Andy came inside and gave me some extremely valuable advice on fixing the ceiling.
Andy was amazing! He did not make me feel like just another customer with a leak and this was his job. He was there to help! He gave me a plan, he did what he said, he is honest and fair. He has all my roofing business and I will always recommend him to any family members or friends that need an excellent roofer!

I've used Blue Roofing a couple times now to fix storm damage and repairs are always done very quickly. I have what would be considered an older roof and having them complete repairs has helped me keep it in very good shape.

They originally installed a roof before we purchased our home and when we moved in I noticed the singles didn’t look good and the roof look like an older roof. Andrew was happy to help me and started a warranty claim with the manufacturer of the singles. After a struggle with the manufacture and staying on top of them they warranty they old singles. Andrew help
Me get a new roof and installed and upgraded me to better singles. His team was able to get this done within a week of when the manufacture finally agreed to replace it. If it was for their great customer service and relentless to get the issue resolve we won’t be able to get a an entire roof replace for free. Andrew at Blue Roofing Saved the Day (and My Wallet!)

I thought I had a leak in my dome vent, but Andrew at Blue Roofing came to the rescue! Having just gotten a new roof installed last year (with the original company ghosting me!), I was worried about another expensive repair.

Several other companies offered estimates close to $600 to fix the vent. Andrew, however, was prompt, professional, and offered the most reasonable estimate right away. He even squeezed me into his schedule the next day!

What truly impressed me was Andrew's thoroughness. While other companies only looked at the vent from the outside, Andrew insisted on checking the attic. Honesty First: Andrew could have easily recommended fixing the vent and charged me unnecessarily. However, he took the time to investigate further and saved me money by discovering a dead rat causing the moisture problem!

He even took pictures and showed me the evidence of the rat's activity. There was no problem with the vent itself!

Andrew was professional throughout the entire process: prompt communication, clear estimates, on-time arrival, and exceptional troubleshooting skills. Oh, and he even offers a warranty on parts and labor (a big plus after my experience with the first roofer!).

Friendly, no-bs. Crew arrived when they said they would and finished the job quickly. The clean-up was thorough, including the magnetic scan for lost nails, etc. There was a problem with first the satellite dish and then a roofing nail pierced a coolant line on one of the A/C units. Blue Roofing stayed on top of the repairs (which were completed the following morning) and reimbursed us immediately for any associated costs. If you don't want to listen to a bunch of roofer double-talk about how they are actually going to save you money, call Blue Roofing.

Blue Roofing built my fence in October of 2018 and did an amazing job. It was a totally new install, not a "normal" fence replacement, and Andrew did a great job making sure all the poles were in line, and the slope of my fence followed the flow of my backyard perfectly. He even worked through the rain, and made sure there were no large gaps for our small dog to get through.
