This company owned by Jerry Bach and his son Jeb Bach was the installer for our new metal roof. We worked out the details with them ahead of time to get the right dates and times that would work for us on changing our room from a shingle roof to a metal roof

Jerry did all the preparatory worked and came and saw our house and came up with a contractual agreement showing us all the things that we would need. He also worked with us on the snow guards as we live in the mountains. He also helped us with a gutter system. It was designed in Sweden to handle large volumes of water and melting snow.

When knew all the total cost ahead of time. We signed a contract with all the details in place

Jeb are installer came and kept me up-to-date. We lived out of town at a second home and he would send me photographs and call and text me and give me updates. He would also ask me questions if there were decisions that need to be made on the go, Jeff was unbelievable and stay in constant contact with me to make sure that the job was done correctly as well as my wife and I liking.

When we were visit the house, they would make absolutely sure that we could access the house and kept their equipment and trucks and positions. It would allow us to get in and out when we had to come and go. They were extremely considerate about their workspace and their tools in terms of us entering and exiting the house.

They would also pay extra attention to detail such as keeping the property clean from the debris, cleaning up each day and removing all the extraneous materials from the ground and property for safety issues as well as for cleanliness

The craftsmanship of our very complicated roof, which had at least five or seven different sections required a lot of on the go, mechanical decision-making on how to design the roof and put it together. Jeb was an expert in that area and made every effort to make the job look fantastic as well as to make it functional.

At the very end of the job, Jeb made sure that the water would not affect our mulch or flowerbeds or other parts of the house, but also helping us design exits for water to move it away from the house

Jerry, who is the owner was always available to help with changes that needed to be made or other issues. He kept me informed as well as Jeb of the progress.

After the project was done, we reviewed everything in detail and my wife and I were very satisfied. The roof was absolutely beautiful. The gutter system was amazing and the entire installation went well with very little issues. Of course, we had to contend with rain and some issues that slowed things down, but the professionalism and the architectural design was fantastic

This company is absolutely the BEST around... and I shopped them all. From start to finish every person that I dealt with was polite and knowledgeable and their focus was on doing the job correctly and with quality. We love our roof and we get non-stop compliments on it. We have the smallest house in an expensive area of estates and this beautiful roof (dark bronze matte, snap-seam with snow guards and 6" round gutters) kicked us up into a whole new category. THIS is the roofing company to use.

My experience with Blueridge Roofing couldn't have gone smoother. They were responsive and helpful from start to finish and post follow-up. A few days after the new roof had been installed, we received a weeks worth of hard rain but no signs of leaks anywhere. We just received the first snow of the winter a little over a week ago.. 4 inches and the roof was fine.
They did a good job and it looks great!

Blue ridge roofing is the only company I would allow to work on my roof. They are professional and quick to finish the job. The workers are polite and hard working. If you need a roof done its a no brainer to go to blue ridge roofing

Our roof leaked after a heavy rain and caused some ceiling damage inside. I called multiple roofing contractors with the best response being a 3 week wait for an estimate, until I called Blue Ridge Roofing and spoke to their Project Coordinator, Jeb. He showed up on his way home with a temporary patch to prevent rain in the forecast from bringing the ceiling down if it leaked again. And he explained the professional way the company would repair the roof leak once an appointment is scheduled. This service is far and away above any expectations and saved us a lot of drywall expense. Thank you for understanding our emergency.

Things we loved about our experience with Jeb and Blue Ridge Roofing Inc: (1) Jeb communicated with us throughout our experience and did his best to update us and to provide scheduling information, (2) the crew removed an old antenna for us and asked us once they were up there about removing a no-longer-in-use stove pipe (YES please), (3) we originally planned to have both the front and back gutter replaced, but once they saw the back gutter up close, they advised us that it really did not need replacement thus saving us money!, (4) these guys left our yard cleaner than it was originally- no nails, old shingles, debris left lying around!

Excellent experience having the wooden facia (sp?) repaired around our house. Great customer service from Jeremy. prompt scheduling. The crew actually finished much faster than expected and the cost ended up substantially under the original estimate which was a nice surprise. Great team! Definitely would recommend!
