DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY OR David Lopez.
Blue Rain does not honor their warranty! They replaced my roof in 2018. A few years later we discovered a leak amd contacted Blue Rain. After several attempts to fix the warped vent it was discovered that my roof was not done to code and the chimney flashing was not installed properly. Because of this my roof had been leaking since it was installed. My attic is full of mold!
When David Lopez was informed of this he denied all accountability. We took legal action and won the case that David Lopez, owner of Blue Rain Roofing and Restoration had violated his warranty agreement with us and was liable for all damages and repairs. We are trying to collect on that judgment so we can get our roof repaired and the mold cleaned up but David Lopez is being evasive and shady. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

UPDATE: I made our final payment to Blue Rain Roofing on September 29th 2019, and have proof of that Check clearing our checking account but today February 8th 2020 just received a bill from a collection agency in that exact amount stating we didn’t make our final payment. So disappointed in this company.
Anthony was great to work with, the communication could use a little improvement. The crew was not great, our roof has scuff marks and chunks missing from some shingles, they smoked and drank beer on the job and left their beer cans in our attic, and lied saying my husband bought them the beer and offered it to them (we do not drink beer). We left and when we returned home they were using some of our personal equipment without asking. It would have been nice if their trucks were marked or they had a shirt with the logo because we didn’t know who they were at first due to that and lack of communication, we didn’t know they would be coming when they did.

The company, especially Anthony, was great to work with and extremely knowledgeable! We had been fighting for about a year with our insurance company to get our roof replaced, Blue Rain Roofing took over and did it for us! There price was very realistic! From the time they showed up, to a new roof was 1 week! I recommend them to anyone.

Very good company to work with. We got approved for just a $900 repair and Anthony got the insurance to pay for the entire roof bringing it to $8,700. The other contractor we were working with be for Anthony didn’t do much to help get the roof approved. it was the best choice I could have made.

We had Blue Rain Roofing come redo our roof last April. They damaged property , broke our skylight and took a very long time to get is on the schedule. They told us they would replace our skylight and credit us $500 for the inconvenience. This was 9 months ago. They made zero contact with us in regards to the repairs/replacement. We used the left over money set aside for them, to contract with someone else for the repairs. They said they would do it now but seriously, it's been 9 months now and it's the middle of winter! Do not recommend!!!!!!

Do not use this company! They installed our roof in June 2018. This is a list of complaints:
1. No notice to showing up. They come and go as they please.
They damaged the soffit and my satellite dish by throwing the dish with cord attached off the roof. Then they cut a live powerline to my awning without warning causing breakers to flip.
2. The owner of the company called threatening a lean on the property for non payment when they never sent and invoice and still were not done with the job. We did get this corrected when the owner found out they had not completed everything.
3. My roof is leaking in the west bedroom and they are in no hurry to repair the damage. They did repair the roof but nothing on the inside regarding walls paint or attic area.
4. We waited 5 months for gutters to be installed and when they were finally installed the soffit is damaged even more. Anthony who has been the sales representative said that the gutter guys didn't want to come back and repair the damage. So I assume we are just out of luck on that.
5. We over heard the owner David Lopez telling Anthony that there was nothing wrong in our attic or the room. He has not been here to even evaluate that to be saying such things.

All in all we have more problems now since the roof was replaced by Blue Rain Roofing than just keeping our old roof would have been.

This company and employees are amazing!! Not only do they fight to get you taken care of but they do the arguing with your insurance company!! Its such a relief to be stress free from my home repairs!!!
