I've worked with a lot of contractors and Blockbuster is one of the top. John and his crew were efficient, polite and hard working. They wasted no time getting started and when they were done all they left was a good product. I highly recommend!

Blockbuster Roofing made the normally daunting process of a major home repair a simple and painless process. From start to finish, Jonathan and his team were attentive, quick and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. Johnathan was very attentive and provided a high quality product while still keeping my budget in mind. Due to past bad experiences with contractors I am usually very weary of having work done however my experience with Blockbuster roofing, Jonathan and his team has proven that there are still honorable, honest contractors that provide top notch customer service and a beautiful end product.

This company is fast, efficient and reasonable. Jonathan and Kayci were a pleasure to work with. I asked them for a quote and had my new gutters three days later.

So pleased that I chose John to give us an estimate for gutters. His pricing was more than competitive and we had him replace gutters, as well as downspouts. Additionally he installed shurflo leaf protection after explaining how efficient and cost effective this system would be to remove Fall leaves from our gutters. Between this Fall and last this system saved us $140 in gutter cleaning. Definitely include Blockbuster in estimates for any roofing related need!

Blockbuster Roofing, Jonathan & Kayci & team were Wonderful. July I had a leak come through the ceiling in my Office and every other Roofing company I contacted would only help me if I purchased a new roof which at that time my budget was tight. They fixed the leak & in November the put on my New Roof did an excellent job & beat every competitors price with great customer service & quality, Highly recommended.

The finished product and customer service were outstanding! Kayci was so helpful and responsive from minutes after I submitted my online inquiry, to getting the job scheduled/completed and everything in between. Jonathan and his crew were great! I'll definitely be using them for future projects and referring anyone in need of roofing repairs.

You would be surprised at how many local Pittsburgh roofing contractors either refuse to take smaller repair jobs, or hand you a quote so outrageous that they know you'll never accept it. I had a tree fall on my roof and the timeline went like this: I called on Monday, they came out on Tuesday with an estimate, I agreed to the price later that day, and the work (shingles replaced & one length of gutter/downspout) was done on Thursday. Simple, easy, effective.

The Blockbuster team, was just great from start to finish. Early on they expressed care over our situation and sought to understand what was needed over pushing unnecessary services or product as others did. They beat the price point of every competitor, were exceptionally timely in material drop off as well as work completion and I felt I was kept in constant contact/communication for the duration of our engagement. I was very concerned about the siding under my gutter falling on someone especially me or causing a fire because of the wind it blew on my electrical wires! This company responded within a day and fixed it.

We hired Blockbuster to replace the roof and all of the deck boards the shingles went on. They were outstanding in describing our options and walking us through the process. Communication was excellent. There were a few minor bumps on the house (which is expected when replacing that much plywood). Jonathon went above and beyond in making sure everything was left exactly how they showed up. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was done correctly and the minor bumps were corrected. I’d happily recommend them to anyone loosing for a fair priced and highly skilled roofing company.

All my concerns addressed in a timely manner. No high pressure sales or huge mark-up on product/service. Prompt arrival, fast efficient install and removal of debris. When there was an additional cost, explained it advised on costs prior to completing the work. I will be using them for my roof in the near future. I highly recommend them.

Great experience start to finish with Jonathan and his team. Estimate was spot on and he even threw in a few extras as they spotted some new things after starting work on the roof. Very easy to work with and super responsive (Jonathan even came out on Easter Sunday to deliver some materials for his crew). I would highly recommend Blockbuster for any gutter or roofing needs. From start to finish, this was the least stressful home repair I've ever experienced! They are responsive, professional and quick. Made my first time experience of getting a new roof easy and stress-free. Roof and box gutters (which were previously in very bad shape) now look great. They stuck to their timeline. I am the director of environmental services for a senior living facility. We contracted blockbuster roofing to do repairs to our roof as well as a gutter repair and installation. On top of the fact that the crew was very knowledgeable and punctual and respectful to the residents, staff, and myself, they were 20% cheaper in cost than any other company we contacted. They did very good work and fixed our problem immediately and we haven’t had a leak since. I would recommend them to anyone who wants the job done right for a better price than any competitor.
