While our barn is now complete, the experience of working with Blitz Builders was one of the most frustrating and disappointing processes we’ve ever endured. From the moment we signed the contract, it became clear that our input, opinions, and concerns were no longer valued. Despite being the customers and the property owners, our thoughts were disregarded at every turn.

We had assumed that Blitz would approach the project with professionalism and respect, but they consistently demonstrated a lack of concern for fairness or customer satisfaction. To their credit, they were unwavering in their commitment to dismiss our feedback.

One particularly egregious example highlights the extent of their disregard: Blitz chose not to follow Kentucky regulations requiring portable toilets at the construction site. Instead, their workers used a wooded area near our pond—a space where our children usually play—as their makeshift bathroom. When they left, we discovered trash piles and used wipes, paper towels, and toilet paper scattered across our property. After raising the issue, they did send workers back to clean up the mess, but we never received an apology or acknowledgment of the impact their actions had.

I could detail more issues, but this alone should give potential customers an idea of what to expect. If you’re considering working with Blitz Builders, I urge you to think twice.

They built our 20x40 garage in 2021. It is a pole barn with a double garage door. It met 100% our of our expectations. They did hit the water main during digging for footers, but they were able to get it fixed quickly. Our water was out for less than 4h. The building is awesome. We've been using it for the last 2 years and have had 0 problems. It matches the house perfectly (siding and metal roof) so it feels seamless. They left behind a little bit of trash in the yard, but we chose to haul away materials ourselves, so it all worked out.
