Cesar and his crew did a great job with our deck. They came to work on time, worked hard throughout the day, they were professional; and thorough and would highly recommend them. Our deck was in rough shape after many weathered years and they renovated and replaced many boards, sanded and stained.. Looks like new! They also pressure washed our cement surfaces and they were thorough and it looks fantastic. Would recommend them for pressure washing also!

Blanco construction’s wonderful crew went right to work. They did an excellent job on our deck repairs, and fascia board replacement and painting. They are efficient, skilled and cheerful. We are so pleased with their work that we hired them again 2 weeks later for some interior painting. Once again, they got right to it and in only a single day, they transformed multiple rooms that needed fresh paint. Their work is high quality, precise and thorough. I hired Blanco construction to repair some drywall that was damaged in my living room. Not only did they finish in a timely manner they did an awesome job on matching the existing drywall. I will definitely hire again!

Cesar was a referral to us and really glad we chose him to do the contractor work for a kitchen remodel. He was friendly, came when scheduled, kept us notified, took on a few extra fixes, We are happy with his work and will use him again. He installed sink, dw, repaired drywall and floor, etc.

There isn’t enough space in this review to put down all the ways in which we love, love, LOVE Blanco Construction. When we had the idea of turning our dining room into a library, we met with many contractors, none of whom understood that we wanted more than simple shelves installed. Cesar took the time to meet with us, discuss what our options were (for everything from the lumber choices to the layout), and he really understood the final product we were hoping to get. He was creative, resourceful, and so much fun to work with! Even during the construction phase, he took the time to check in with us and collaborate on design options.
Since the library project, we’ve had Blanco Construction back out for a backyard design project, including installing turf (which looks spectacular). And I guarantee you Blanco will be our first call for any and all future projects in our home.
