We just had our floors redone by Rob and he exceeded all of our expectations. Great communication, timing was spot on, and the floors look incredible. His team was efficient and respectful. Blanchflower Construction recently replaced the roof on our 2-story colonial. Rob's quote was competitive with quality materials. The work included replacing and updating the flashings, ice and water shields, deck armor, and ridge vent. He is very professional with good communication skills and follow-through. His crew is experienced and efficient providing quality work from draping to clean-up (magnets on lawn to locate any metal debris). Excellent job completed in one day. Highly recommended.

The owner, Rob and his team did an excellent job with replacing my roof. Rob was present from the beginning and all the way through the job while the team worked tirelessly, quickly, and efficiently to get the roof done in 90 plus degree heat! The yard was left just as it was found and the roof looks great! Would highly recommend Rob and his team!
