Blackstone Exteriors was excellent to work with after my house was hit by a hail storm. Blackstone was all around quick, kind, and patient, even when insurance was slow. They care about the details! I called Blackstone after a storm damaged my roof and siding. Justin came by that week to take a look and inspected the house. They were always responsive when I had a question and Justin took the time to sit at my table explaining the insurance documents making sure that everything made sense. Within two weeks I had a new roof and the only delay in siding was due to the wait time to get it from the supplier. We couldn’t have had a better experience and now all we get are compliments from those driving by telling us how great our house looks. I strongly recommend them for any service you may need. Another company told me my roof MIGHT make it through the winter. My daughter had just had Blackstone replace her roof so they came out to inspect it as well. Justin inspected the entire house and assured me that not only will my roof make it through THIS winter, but many to come barring any severe weather damage. An HONEST roofer? Who knew?
