After a recent storm, I found a couple shingles in the street near my house and one in my yard. Not something you want to see. I spoke with Kory at Black Wolf who was so kind and helpful, asked a couple quick questions, and right away the team had someone sent out to inspect my entire roof with a drone. Made it super efficient, AND were able to immediately tell me the shingle in my yard didn’t come from my roof. I’m extremely relieved and if (knock on wood!) it ever IS from my roof, these guys are the first ones I’ll call. Positive experience from start to finish.

Called these guys after thinking a ridge cap had blown off my roof following a horrible wind and hail storm. They inspected the whole roof and discovered the ridge cap I found on the ground had been doubled up on another ridge cap all these years. We're honest and professional, they also didn't charge me a dime for their time. I was incredibly impressed. I will definitely call them next time my roof really needs some attention.

Our roof had sprung a leak over the winter, just as things were warming up for spring. The roof we had was a little over 15 years old, but faulty craftsmanship had led to its early demise.
Having already made a bad decision about the previous roof, I asked a trusted source who he recommended, and he pointed us to Black Wolf Roofing.
Chase from Black Wolf came out the day we called. He assessed the damage and isolated the leaks. He crawled into our attic and up onto our roof, and even did a temporary patch that held us over until the weather was warm enough to do a full roof replacement.
Additionally, Chase hired subcontractors who came out and safely uninstalled and reinstalled our solar panels.
The job (solar panel removal, old roof teardown, new decking, new roof, and reinstall of solar panels) was done in a little over a week.
The roof looks fantastic, and Chase's crew did a good job of reinforcing/replacing the flashing and seals (and color-matched, to boot). Chase was extremely friendly and accommodating throughout the entire process. Highly recommend.

I have a rental home and the tenants told me about a leak. I have had people come out before (the leak only happens when it's extremely rainy AND windy at the same time so it's not super urgent and doesn't leak often) and no one has been able to figure it out. We have cut into drywall and done all sorts of stuff. The current tenants have been more concerned about the leak so I thought I would try it again. Thankfully I called the Black Wolf Roofing guys (Chase is the owner and he came out to our rental home). He quickly identified the issue as a problem with the flashing and not actually the tile on the roof. It's a concrete clay looking tile and it's quite old but I was thankful to find it was just the flashing. Chase made the repair and we haven't had the issues since thankfully. He did honestly say that my roof is really old and he would recommend a replacement in the short term but he didn't pressure me or make me feel bad when I said I just couldn't spring for that right now. He just seemed like he was trying to educate me and help me understand since I don't know much about this stuff. I have recommended them to a couple other friends in my ward and neighborhood now and he replaced a friend's roof and my cousin's roof now too. Thank you Chase!! I don't have any pictures of the flashing so I took a quick picture of the actual tile haha

Black Wolf did a fantastic job on our roof, flashing, and gutters. It's a complex roof and we wanted to change from cedar shake to stone coated steel. It turned out absolutely awesome.

Chase helped us with our insurance claim, walked us through the situation, gave us all the options, special ordered samples, showed us drone footage, gave us clearly itemized estimates, responded to all our questions, even did walkthroughs on the work as it went on.

I cannot recommend Black wolf roofing enough! After losing my husband any house repair situation has felt terrifying and completely overwhelming to me. Chase and his team showed up and genuinely had my house and my own best interest in mind. They repaired the previously flat garage roof and added pitching to avoid future drainage problems. They removed an old swamp cooler. And finished the roof and gutters in near record time, even working late into a holiday weekend.
