Viktor at Black Swan Roofs is awesome! In a recent wind storm I had a shingle come loose. He came out the day after I talked to him and had it fixed quickly.

Also, he gave me honest feedback on the status of my roof (original from 1993). He said it does not need to be replaced now, but will likely need it in the next 3-5 years. To keep an eye out for more loose shingles, and if it starts to happen more frequently then it may be time to have the new roof conversation.
