The roofing job was great! Service was outstanding. The business owner, Jack, was there to answer all questions during his inspection and the insurance adjuster’s inspection. He also was there during the work being done although his crew was top notch and performed the work efficiently and professionally. Afterwards the crew very carefully cleaned and checked throughout the yard for nails and paper. 100% satifaction

Jack Bracher owner of Black Hammer Roofing came out, examined my roof after the hail storm, he said it should be replaced. I called the insurance the next day, Jack met with the adjuster and yes, I definitely needed a new roof. Jack took the time to explain the roofing materials and the process of a new roof. He is extremely knowledgeable, reasonable cost of out of pocket expense, cleaning up after was fantastic. He definitely cares about his customers concerns. He said he would be here at 6:30 am to start, he had a crew working all day. He is honest, dependable and is straight to the point, and no hidden expense. Black Hammer Roofing is the one to call!
