Black Bear Roofing has been exceptional to work with. Lindsey helped us through the insurance process, helping with solar panel issues, navigating weather conditions, and answering my 5 million questions with patience and knowledge. The day of our reroof, it was very windy. Black Bear had workers constantly running roofing debris down to ensure they were thrown away.

We had an amazing experience with Black Bear They arrived on time and did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves too. The work looks great and we haven’t had any issues. I would highly recommend this company. This is our second home that we have used this company for. It’s nice to work with a company that takes the time to listen to you and follow through.

We contacted Black Bear Roofing following a hail/wind storm resulting in shingle and roof damage. From the first meeting to the completion of the work, Lindsey was professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He fully described the work needed to remove and replace our existing roofing materials, including repairing decking where needed. When we had a question he always stopped and explained the process, taking the time to show us exactly what he was talking about. Lindsey ensured all building codes were complied with and immediately came up with a schedule, consistent with our needs and schedule, to get the job done. He communicated directly with our insurance company when needed, providing any necessary documentation and photos of work - before, during, and after the job.

Black Bear stepped in and took over when another contractor bailed on us. His group was able to start sooner, and they completed the work in half the time that we were quoted by the original contractor.

Our siding and gutters look fantastic. Excellent workmanship, and Andrew must've stopped by about 6 times during the two weeks between our initial meeting and completion.
