We got our roof, gutter, siding, garage door and window screens replace from hail damage. BKNLYT did a great job working with our insurance company for us. That was the best part. We had no idea where to even start and everything was taken care of for us from start to finish in a professional manner. Will also use BKNLYT for future projects that have nothing to do with insurance claims.

BKNLYT replaced our roof and gutters. We had hail damage, and the insurance company's adjuster came out and said it looked fine and denied the claim. Mark with BKNLYT had to appeal it, but their second adjuster agreed with all the roof damage Mark had identified. BKNLYT provided excellent customer service, great communication, and most importantly, installed a superior roof in according to the most stringent and up to date industry standards. I recommend BKNLYT as often as I can and will use them again the next time I have hail damage.

UPDATE: I forgot to add that they also did an excellent job cleaning up afterward, and now, a year later, I have still not found a single nail in the yard, my foot, or the riding mower tires.

Mark is very professional, persistent, and very experienced with his work. He fought for my new roof with the insurance company who did not want to grant my claim initially. He showed me lots of options of colored shingles, and even went above and beyond with his services to hook me up with free flashing, & a new chimney cap that Ins didn’t cover from hail damage. Highly recommend this professional! He’s an honest and hardworking respected contractor!

Mark is fantastic, great quality, professional, on-time and he dealt with my insurance company for me. My roof and gutters look great and he answered all of my questions even after the job was done. He went above and beyond even put in a curved spout for my rain barrel!

Mark the owner is wonderful to work with!!! He worked with our insurance. It took months and he was very patient with the insurance, before final payment was released. Our roof and new gutters are amazing. Beautiful and well placed. They put additional insulation in our attic while they were doing the new roof. Mark took pictures along the way in the process of construction. His workman were very respectful of our property. I would highly recommend BKNLYT and Mark. Communication was always wonderful. Mark helped calm fears of the unknown, and put my husband and I at ease during the process.

Mark, the owner was very professional.
He worked with our insurance company after a storm. He did all the necessary paperwork. We didn't have to do anything. He made it simple. When it was time to start the job, he showed up with his crew, was on time, and finished quickly. He and his crew did quality work to our roof and siding. I would diffantly recommend him for your job.

Mark at Bknlyt is amazing. We had already received a payout (that didn't cover the costs at all) from our home insurance and he was able to work with our insurance company to get our roof replaced! We went from despair to peace of mind. Bknlyt was professional, they did all the communication with our insurance, and our new roof looks great!
