Bin there dump that (love the name!) has taken the fear and mystery out of DIY construction forever! I called one day, it was delivered the next, and when I filled it, I called for an early pick up. They are great to work with! Had 3 drop offs/swaps for my personal home renovation, and all were completed when scheduled and without any issues. For one swap they did a lot of rearrangement on their end to get it done in the very short notice I gave them. Most companies would’ve just said “sorry, we can’t.” Also, they answer the phone every time and very quickly. Beats leaving a message and awaiting a phone call back. Would definitely recommend.

It was a quick and seem-less interaction. We needed a 20 yd dumpster dropped off almost right next to our house. They gave us clear instructions and terms for it. They were able to drop it immediately and actually dropped it earlier than expected. I know exactly who I’m going to if I ever need another dumpster.

Drop off and pick up we’re fast and professional. Hard to believe I had that much garbage, but so happy there was someone there to haul it away.

I dismantled and salvaged a turn of the century schoolhouse/garage building and packed a 20 Yard box full of roof material and unusable lumber and debris. Parking was limited, tight space, low clearance, but the driver was excellent, got the dumpster exactly where I needed and the office was easy to deal with. Will use again thank you!

My wife and I needed a dumpster service for a significant cleanup in the yard at a home we recently purchased. I'm quite pleased that we chose Bin There Dump That for the project. For starters, their prices are quite reasonable. We were not willing to pay rival companies $600+ for the use of a dumpster, so I was relieved when the total cost from BTDT was around $430--including taxes and fees (and this was for a nice-sized dumpster and ten days of use--more than enough time). Secondly, their customer service is excellent. I contacted them three times: order setup, order change (less than 24 hours before scheduled delivery we realized a larger dumpster was needed than what we previously reserved), and with a question regarding material and weight allowance. All three times I was quickly connected to a knowledgeable individual who attended to our specific needs/questions in an efficient and friendly manner (I believe the names were Ken (twice) and Bruce (maybe the owner?). The delivery driver (Greg) was quite friendly and worked with me to ensure the dumpster was in the exact spot we requested and that the doors would open properly without any obstruction. Finally, pickup was effortless as they showed up and removed the dumpster on schedule without us even realizing it had happened. I imagine we will need to do more waste removal in the future, and there's no doubt that we will, again, go with BTDT of Pittsburgh.

Best price in the area, both the drop off and pick up driver were friendly and swift. If we need another dumpster to rent I will be for sure calling them again.
