It feels only right that I get to be your 50th consecutive five-star review—because what you pulled off here deserves nothing less than a standing ovation.

When Nick and Al crossed paths with me, it was to help navigate a home in distress and a customer even more so. We are talking spitfire and vinegar—an elderly homeowner on a fixed income with more health issues than home repairs, and yet, by golly, if anything leaked, cracked, creaked, or groaned, it had to be BiltMore’s fault. Never mind the mountain of evidence to the contrary—photos, videos, the whole nine yards. If you touched the house, you were now married to its misery.

Now, I had no idea contortionist contractors were a thing, but these folks bent over backwards, sideways, and somehow righted the entire situation with grace and grit. They went above and beyond for someone who did not exactly roll out the gratitude carpet—in fact, they may have rolled it up and smacked them with it and then blamed it on me!

If you have ever dealt with a “difficult customer,” multiply that by ten, wrap it in a wet blanket of indecision, and nuke it until you get a stew of contradictory demands, impossible expectations, and emotional whiplash. It was like watching a politician dodge questions about a scandal that just broke mid-interview. Commitments were dodged. Expectations were inflated. Previous contractors had butchered the place. The budget? Tight enough to squeak.

But these guys? Never gave up. Never surrendered. They met this challenge with ingenuity, craftsmanship, sheer willpower, and good old-fashioned elbow grease. They took a hot mess and turned it into a hot miracle—and somehow satisfied someone who had not expressed joy since the century mark was still an odd teen number!

So yes—congratulations on your 50th five-star review. You earned every one. And I will not be shocked when I see you rack up 50 more. I have worked with more contractors than most people have Facebook friends, but I have never worked with anyone who embodied such integrity, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to doing right—even when the world was trying to do them wrong.

This is not to say they are pushovers. Far from it. Novices - no way! They simply took every chance to go above what was asked and did it with pride. Bravo.

And will be Looking for 50 more! True gentleman rare finds in the roofing world. Thanks truly restored some faith in this bitter world!

My previous roof had a class 4 shingle. I spoke to a number of roofing companies. Alfredo at Biltmore was the only company that was proactive in letting me know about different shingles to determine what was best for me. The other companies only wanted to rush through the process. Alfredo is patient and available to answer questions. I had Biltmore install a stone coated metal roof, radiant barrier underlayment and gutters. I was very pleased with the install and clean up. Alfredo was at my house everyday of the install. The roof looks great. The city inspector was impressed with the look and install. My neighbors and others have asked me about my roof. Alfredo was also able to connect me with a company to fix a sliding gate I have at my home. I highly recommend Biltmore.

Alfredo Contreras of Biltmore Roofing provided a premium product and stress free experience. He handled the communications with Allstate so I didn’t have too. He and his crew completed my roof in a day and left my yard immaculate. He coordinated and performed all the repairs from gutters, solar screens, siding repair and paint within the same week. If you are like me and know nothing about roofing Alex is your guy. He is a straight shooter, knows his business,and most of all is honest. If you know roofs inside and out Alex is your guy too. He brings all of the best ways to create a roof product that will save you money on your energy bills. He also knows how to deal with insurance companies. If you are paying for the roof out of pocket, he understands how that feels too. He was in constant contact with the company the crew and my wife and I the company to make ensure a smooth project. Did I mention he saved me over $1,100 on my annual insurance costs too? Go Alex!

Our family home was hit by a hail storm and after working with insurance (Amica), we met with several different roofers to see who we felt would do the best job. Biltmore came out on top!

No high pressure sales, no gimmicks, just great easy going service.

Alfredo was easy to work with and I felt was really listening to us instead of just trying to get us to sign a contract, like the other roofers.

His team of installers were also very friendly and thorough in their installation and cleanup. They even covered the dryer vent so that no roofing materials would fall into it, unlike our previous roofer.

Alfredo kept check on the progress and made sure everything was done right. He even went the extra mile and did some additional work that really helped us out.

Being that this is Texas, I am sure we will get another hail storm eventually, but when we do I am glad to have Biltmore on my contact list and just a call away.

Very impressed with Biltmore roofing and I’m not even doing business with them. Got a bad hail storm and received a call from Alfredo offering to do an inspection. I took him up on the offer and he drove from Dallas to Tyler. After being up on my roof he tells me there is no damage. No need to replace or do any work. I respected the honesty. If I ever had the opportunity to work with Biltmore I would have no hesitations.
