Have a one story 2 bdrm/1ba house. Ms. Bilma had her crew out early to re-shingle my house. Only took one day! Later my water pipe for my washer burst and flooded my den and kitchen. Excellent work on hard wood flooring (just wish it was double stained and clear coated for durability), but good work overall.
Ms.Bilma was very professional and what made me go with her company was that they did my neighbors house in 1 day. I called her she came by the next day to discuss everything I told her I'll call her whenever we we're going to be ready. My husband called her on a Monday he crew drop off supplies and dumpster Thursday and Friday my roof was started and finished they cleaned up the mess even walked around with metal detectors. We didn't have to put down a deposit up front we paid once everything was done! I would recommend Bilma's to everyone I know!!!!
I hired Bilma to do numerous roofs at my apartment complex, when there was an issue with one roof I called her to come and take a look at what was happening. For over three weeks she promised over and over she would come out but would never show up. After three weeks of waiting for her, she then claimed it was weather damage and not her workmanship although she never came out to look. I don't know how you can make a determination of what is happening without viewing the roofs. She does not guarantee her work as she falsely claims. BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT USE HER!
