I'm glad I called Bill. He ( unlike others ) noted damage to our roof from weather. The insurance adjuster looked and agreed. My roof was 20 years old, and we were approved for some substantial coverage! Great, wonderful surprise.

Well, he quoted the work while adding substantial more ventilation.

Jesse led the crew who started around 6 and we're done by 1:30. Incredible. Jesse was super professional, positive and upbeat. He reassured me that anytime during the warranty he will be the man handling it.

What a great experience. No corny, pushy sales practices. Just honest professional work. And a perfect cleanup afterwards.

An overall summary of Bill Johnson Construction would be cheap, unreliable, untrustworthy, horrible customer service, and poor craftsmanship.

My family has had 3 roofs done by Bill Johnson. We have been repeat customers. Bill Johnson no longer provides quality work and does not keep his word. During the purchase of his work he will “claim” that he will warranty his work if you have any problems. We have had multiple problems like shingles flying off, finding random nails everywhere around the house, damage to the siding and roof vents that Bill Johnson refuses to take care of. Bill Johnson went to the point of being harsh and blatantly disrespectful towards my grandparents over a miscommunication for how much a simple job would cost. Once you pay for the work to be complete expect to never get your moneys worth and to call someone else to fix their mistakes. Stay away from Bill Johnson Construction and you will save money, time, damage to your home, and unnecessary arguments with the person you have paid.

Best roofing company there is!! Bill is the guy that listens to his customers and gives them what they want as well as what is needed. Always a pleasure to work with always an honest man.
