They applied roofing material wrong in about four different ways, so the roof has been leaking almost from the start. Burns, who offered a “lifetime guarantee,” doesn’t answer calls or texts and has now blocked my number. We have to pay another contractor to remove and replace all of the roofing material only five years after it was put on.
Called multiple times to have a roof looked at which is leaking. I believe this is the company that put the roof on, approximately 10 years ago, which I advised in my message. No return phone calls to date. I understand companies may be busy at this time, but inexcusable to not even return a phone call.
We've had our roof on now for a few years and I would highly recommend this company! It looks great and when we recently had some water issues and thought it was because of the roof he was quick to return our call and send someone out to solve the problem. However the roof was perfect and our water issue turned out to be an indoor plumbing issue! They were not the cheapest quote we received but we felt they offered the best value for the quality of material and work.
