Paul Davis, especially Phil and Devin were exceptional. In my opinion they went above and beyond to make my “temporary repair” both better looking and more functional by using a pack of replacement shingles instead of a tarp on my roof. They responded promptly and got me taken care of same day. Phil had stopped by 3 times to check the work performed by the team and documented everything thoroughly for my insurance. Will certainly reach out to them first if I run into any issues in the future.

Dave the project manager was very good always got in touch w me and always responded quickly whenI called him. Don the person who did the dry wall and the painter were very good and very neat. Devin on the other hand never made much contact w me and I never got the paperwork I should have received once the work started. I am still waiting to hear from him regarding the final payment. If it wasn't for Dave I probably would still not have the paperwork.

My team performed quality work and were timely on dates and services performed. Matt Breck was instrumental in completing our project and out restored family room is beautiful.

Larry and Dave have been so great to work with, willing to take the time and answer all of our questions. It’s a huge financial investment, and they respect that, being patient and allowing us to move through the process slowly. I would recommend them to anyone!

When I came home to a flooded home I was
Devastated to say the least. Paul Davis was out to my home within a couple hours to clean up and start drying out. Thank goodness for the entire team and Larry & Keelan who handled all what needed to be done w insurance co. They were prompt , saved me a lot of headaches and now looking forward to the next step of putting things back together . Professional, They take time to answer all questions and are honest . Larry did an excellent job organizing our insurance claim and locating an extremely hard to find gazebo replacement that identically matches our old unit. The pricing was highly competitive and the overall service was perfect. We will certainly be working with Paul Davis Restoration in the future as well.

We had a fire in April 2024. Once we had insurance notified we were put in contact with Dylan and Devon with Paul Davis. They held my hand while dealing with the multitude of questions I had. They explained things very clearly. Once the demo was done the reconstruction started Don and his awesome crew of plumbers HVAC and builders worked so hard to make sure my house was prefect and ready for us to move back in before winter. I really appreciated how they listened to how i wanted my house to look. We could not be more happy with the final product.

Mike and his team did an amazing job of getting my Mom's condo back in habitable shape. Through the whole process Mike was very patient; kind; helpful and professional .

All the project managers and workers were great! They were personable, caring and efficient. For such a big project, they coordinated each piece of the process and it all worked smoothly.

Im still waiting for project manager to reach out. It’s been a week since mitigation with no call. Communication is everything. Different departments handle mitigation and reconstruction. Mitigation department was outstanding.

Paul Davis has been amazing helping us recover from a major accident at the house. Terrific company and people. 10/10!

Service representative was prompt, courteous and thorough. He explained every step of the process, what we could expect and when and answered all of our questions. We were very impressed with the service.

Our home repair with Paul Davis for a water damaged bathroom was a 6 month ordeal filled with errors, miscommunications, and delays. Had I not been paying close attention to every step of the process, several items on my work order would have been skipped entirely, and errors would have gone uncorrected. Contractors also poured mortar water mix down my sink, completely clogging the drain which I had to fix.

The estimator also misrepresented the amount of money received from my insurance company by over $900 before the contract was signed, and only revealed this error when the job was nearly complete. They blamed my insurance for their own mistake, and attempted to have me pay the $900 difference, which was only corrected after discussion with upper management.

As a homeowner who doesn’t want to see other homeowners taken advantage of, I do not recommend these contractors.

The workers were all professional and friendly and did a great job. We are very pleased with the work they did for us.

My experience with Matt Breck, my project manager, was excellent. He was extremely conscientious and committed to my project. He was very knowledgeable and there were no questions that he could not answer. I thought he went above and beyond to make my remodel perfect. I would highly recommend them!!

The worker who did most of the work Chaz was professional and polite to my wife and I. We had a pipe burst in the basement and the team came out the same day of discovery and stopped the damage. They ripped out all the wet drywall when we raised concern of mold since we have two little ones.

Threw away most of my belongings without my permission. Pricey. Unhappy. Not to mention my apartment smelled bad when I moved back in for a week. And if I hadn't decided to move right then and there I'd have to smell that every day. They don't return most phone calls. They are rude. And it was what my insurance worked with. Google's rating system is flawed. I would give this company zero stars if possible or more appropriately negative stars to match up with my family's highly negative experience. I have done business with over a dozen contractors at my home in the last 18 years. This location of Paul Davis Restoration is, by far, the worst business my wife and I have ever dealt with. The list of complaints we have about this company is too long to list here, but make your own decision whether or not to hire them. Maybe we were just a "difficult" customer. Good luck.

This may have been the best experience I have had with a company ever. They explained everything and did what they said they would, and even went above and beyond.

Three months after a fire in the apartment below mine, and my insurance company still hasn't reimbursed me for damaged contents. Why? Because Paul Davis Restoration ( which disposed of most of the food items that I possessed at the time of the fire ) will not submit an itemized list of these items to the insurance company. I've gotten no satisfaction when I've called. I'm very disappointed in how they've handled my situation, and I would not recommend them to anyone I know.

The Paul Davis team was extremely prompt in assessing the damage to our home caused by a water leak while we were on vacation. I trusted them with access to our home and that trust was not betrayed. They were very careful with our 100+ year old woodwork. They tried to the best of their ability to keep the debris and dust confined to the damaged rooms but plaster dust is difficult to contain. The workers cleaned up at the end of every day. I highly recommend their services.

We didn’t know what to expect when we started this house project. However, we found out that a good project manager makes all the difference. Our project manager, Zach, went above and beyond to give us the kitchen of ours dreams.

We had a great experience with the mitigation crew. All of the employees that we dealt with were very professional and friendly.

After a plumbing link that caused damage to the drywall we decided to have it repaired but not a DIY. WE contacted our State Farm agent, Chuck Jackson, to get some names of companies that do drywall repair work. The estimator came and measured all areas and gave us a very reasonable price. Next came a project manager who verified the work that had to be done. Finally the worker, Kevin, came and did the work. He kept the work area neat and clean and cleaned up every night. We feel that Kevin is a true artist in the fact he matched the textured finish that was 40-50 years old. I asked to get an estimate on some exterior work. It came back again very reasonable and we said "See you on Monday." We would not even consider any other company to work on our home and will request Kevin every time.

We found water in our basement which was determined to be coming from a pinhole leak in a water pipe. We contacted our home owners insurance company and they sent out Paul Davis Restoration to dry out the basement. Everyone who came out was courteous and friendly, especially Becky who made 4 trips out to our home. I would highly recommend this company.

I had water damage in my home. Paul Davis sent workers to mitigate the affected areas and worked closely with my insurance company by providing pictures for documentation. The workers were courteous, arrived on time and kept me informed of the process. I was very satisfied with the renovations done to my kitchen, vanity room and laundry room. After a fire in our 80 unit apartment building.
they gave us 1 week notice to vacate and get our stuff out. no plan, no schedule, or communication… would not give us a completion date or even an estimate so we could make plans, forces us to keep our power on and pay their energy bill for a year and then gutted the entire building regardless if there was damage and then refused to replace it if anything wasn’t building original. Awful company who cares only about insurance and nothing about the tenants… just shady

I had the best experience with Becky and kacy. They were so informative and kept me in the loop of all the process as they were going. They kept the mess to a minimum and were as quiet as possible so I was able to continue working. The only problem I faced was trying to do this review it was confusing.

We had just suffered a home fire with a fatality. Before the rest of our family showed up and before the ambulances even left, someone showed up, told the fire dept he was a neighbor, and then hopped into the back of the ambulance with my dad to give him a sales pitch. So disgusted with this behavior. You should be ashamed. We are real people not a paycheck.
