We decided to get rid of our one piece bath/shower combo and put in a large soaking tub 34” wide and super deep. The rain head shower with handheld combo makes for a really nice shower . Easy clean up as well. Once the jacuzzi products arrived here in Billings which took a couple months, Josh removed and installed the new items perfectly . Clean and trust worthy. Paula was great at helping choose the right colors for this
space. I highly recommend the Jucuzzi / Big Sky Bath. We may do my guest bath as well!

Big Sky Bath Solutions did a wonderful job from start to finish! Paula was the Sales/Design person who was so fun to work with and had such good suggestions and encouragement as we put together the design of my shower just like my heart desired! Paula is a good salesperson, friendly and knowledgeable. She worked with us to accommodate things we needed in the space we had and made it look amazing.
Josh was friendly, explained and shows things in detail. He is a good people person. He also cleaned up well before he left. And it only took a day and a half for the transformation.

Todd was very helpful working through design options (to best tie into the rest of the house using a now unavailable Hardie product), pricing, and scheduling options. I cannot begin to express how happy I am to have chosen Big Sky Bath Solutions for my new walk-in shower. Michele LaFond made this process so easy. Michele worked with me by giving me suggestions on design keeping in mind my budget. The installers were timely and knowable. We met Michele LaFond at a trade show in Butte MT. My husband and I liked the quality of the Jacuzzi Shower and contracted with Big Sky Exterior Designs to remodel our downstairs bathroom, removing old tub/shower and installing a walk-in shower. The install was done on October 24th / 25th, 2024. The install crew was very professional, prompt and friendly, and even cleaned each day leaving no mess behind (WOW!). What a difference the walk-in shower has made. Our guests LOVE the shower!

Installers were very courteous and helpful. They cleaned up after each day. Had 2 bathtubs replaced. Highly recommend. An extension of the same company installed a garden window in the kitchen. Very satisfied.

Big Sky Bath Solutions is amazing! We had a tile shower completely torn out by them and the new jacuzzi shower installed. It only took a couple of days and they were on time, fast, efficient, friendly and very very clean. They answered all of our questions and concerns and a supervisor even stopped in the 2nd day to make sure we were satisfied. We would definitely hire them again!

We had Big Sky Exterior Designs put new siding on our recently remodeled home, and are very pleased with the work they did. The quality of craftsmanship and attention to detail was amazing. They sent a large crew of 5-7 workers that were like busy bees that buzzed around our house for 5 days and then they were gone, siding complete! We also appreciated the follow up afterwards from Todd and Donny. Todd made it very easy to communicate with him throughout the process and was always available to answer our questions and address our concerns. We love our new siding, the way it looks and the fact that we will never have to paint our house again!

Our salesman Todd was excellent from the first time he visited us. He worked with us until we could find an arrangement, design, and color we liked. Don and his crew worked diligently on our siding, they kept the area clean, and were polite. Don responded to me within minutes when I had a question or conern and came to the house to explain things when i didn't understand. Our siding looks beautiful and we are very happy with the job.

We tried for about 3 years to get a local contractors in our town to remodel our bathroom. Finally, after seeing ads for Jacuzzi bathroom remodeling on TV and print, I called the phone number. Within days I was contacted and a representative come to our home and gave us a bid as well as a construction date. Were we happy/pleased! It got done and we are super happy. The remodel looks and works great.

We first did business with Big Sky Bath Solutions to replace 2 old bath/showers with walk-in showers, and we were so impressed with the whole experience that we immediately hired Big Sky Exterior Designs to replace 2 of the entryway doors in our home. Once again, the quality of materials used were top notch, and their workman (Brad) was very personable and quite professional throughout the entire process! We are absolutely thrilled with the quality and look of both of our new doors, and it’s so nice to have doors that not only look good, but are also very energy efficient!

Diane has wanted a shower remodel for some time! We just had BSBS do a two day replacement of our 56 year old shower. They did a great job with new plumbing and fixtures! The room also seems much larger!

I was so impressed with the results of our shower that I had to let people know what great work that Big Sky Exterior does. From the first visit to the final product, the whole process was actually fun (I'm a man, I don't decorate lol). We had to wait in line for a while, but quality and professional results are worth waiting for. I hope the picture does justice to the quality of the installation. I watched the whole process from the first demolition cut to the last cleanup swipe, and virtually every step in between. The installer (J, don't want to use his name) treated my home like it was his, and the results showed it. We got a long hose to wash the dog, but it's nice for cleaning, too. They will put shelves, seats, handles, and whatever you want so you are completely happy. I heartily recommend Big Sky Exterior Designs!

I have never had a contracting crew work so hard and be so meticulous to detail as the crew that did our siding!
My only concern was that the job took a lot longer to get started than it was supposed to, and the communication about that wasn’t good, but once they got here, no complaints at all.

Great help. Always willing to come out. This company always backs ip their work and will leave you happy with the results.

Update 7/2025: Christian from Big Sky Exterior Designs called us the day after the June hailstorm to see if they could be of any assistance to us (since we were past customers of theirs they reached out to us). Donny came out to check on our windows to make sure none were damaged. We set up an appointment and Gabe came out to survey our siding and roof damage and gave us estimates. Donny came out a second time upon our request to help us troubleshoot a leaking issue with our shop windows (not windows they installed) and helped us remedy the issue and gave us some great advice. This just goes to show you that Big Sky Exterior Designs takes very good care of their customers - past and present.

Top Notch Professionals! Big Sky Exterior Designs stands out for their professionalism and dependability. Their work ethic and quality are commendable. Todd, Brad and Matt kept everything on track on installing our Simonton windows and they were all great to work with. Todd met us for our initial consultation and listened carefully to our issues, clearly explained the installation problems with our other windows, and provided a detailed estimate of what it would take to fix our problems. Brad was our installer and was very punctual, courteous and dedicated to customer satisfaction. He installed our windows under some unusual conditions that circumstances warranted, and he maintained his professionalism throughout. Matt, the Quality Control Specialist, came out almost daily to make sure everything was going accordingly and that we were happy. We are extremely impressed and satisfied with the end result!

Curt and his crews have been amazing to work with. They have worked on personal projects at my house and at my office building. We had a great experience with Big Sky Exterior Designs. We have had them do multiple projects on our home with the most recent being siding and two new windows. Todd was fantastic and I trusted him to walk us through every step of the process from design to installation. As expected with older homes we ran into a few issues but Curt, Todd, and installer Jeremy solved them without missing a beat. Communication was clear, concise, and timely from start to finish. Jeremy kept the cleanest jobsite I've ever seen and I was very comfortable with him in and around my home. Highly recommend and am thrilled with the entire team from sales, to office, to install.

We had a walk in shower designed and installed by Big Sky Bath Solutions and we are very happy with the results. The staff from the design specialists to the installers were very professional and easy to work with. You can expect great customer service and quality work.

They put in the correct plumbing (the original contractor did not), made sure that everything was level, and did a beautiful job with the finishing touches.

After my toddler flooded my basement. Big Sky Bath Solutions replaced my tub and improved the existing plumbing. Now my overflow valve works! 10/10 will work with again!

Big Sky remodeled of our bathtubs Floor to Ceiling! Designing the shower was quick, fun and easy. They listened to our needs and concerns and were able to plan both remodels within our budget. Friendly, polite, professional team completed both projects in 3 days. The hardest part was waiting 24 hours afterwards for the sealants to dry!!

I bought some sash windows several years ago from Big Sky. Just the other day I was having a little problem with one of windows, and called them. A service tech was at my home within an hour and solved my problem!! Now that is service and certainly deserves some recognition. (Especially in light of the fact that the window in question was out of warranty)
I am thinking about a bathroom remodel, and rest assured they will be one of the first companies I call for an estimate.

So very disappointed with this company.
Tried helping my 85 year old mother with a new walk in shower. She could no longer step into her tub.Started off bad when installer was told to only tear out half the old wall board when we were told it would be a complete tear out. The installer is the only good thing about this company. For the cost of 15k she is left with shower doors that shake horribly and clank so loud it is crazy. Very cheap shower doors. Anything else would be an upgrade. Really?? They actually put a rubber band on the knob because it hit the other piece of glass. I am so very sorry that I suggested this company for my moms work. Very Very expensive but as I told my mother, how do you put a price on her safety? I have learned a valuable lesson that I should never do a project like this without my husband’s help every step of the way.
I feel she was very taken advantage of.

Big Sky Bath Solutions replaced an old bathtub and shower with a new wraparound and shower basin. So easy and safe to step in/out of! So easy to keep clean too. The installer was on time and professional. He did a great job replacing old plumbing in a very small space. He was careful protecting our new flooring and cleaned up the surroundings at the end of day. We are very happy with our new shower and would use their services again if needed.
