Nearly rear-ended one of their trucks tonight, because they didn't have any brake lights, tail lights or blinkers.
God forbid, I do the typical Montanan thing, and pull up alongside them to let them know their lights were out.
I was instantly approached with aggression by the driver who appeared to be intoxicated and following him, two other employees.
I did my best to make it clear that I was just trying to be kind and let them know their lights were out.
Sadly due to his intoxication, and I would assume the similar or the ignorance of the other two employees, I was berated and intimidated and received physical threats because I chose to try and be kind.
I can see why this company has a one-star review prior to mine.
It's 2023, big boy, it's time to grow up and stop using your height as an advantage to others, because you don't know how to use your words.
I really hope this company doesn't think this is how their employees should act, common sense says better. It's long lost on the big guy driving the truck.
I had Big Phish do a little siding and paint, hang interior doors, hang a front door and storm door, tape texture and paint a bathroom and a couple of other small items. When I got the estimate in February I asked when they could start and was told first week in March. In May I started stopping by their office and in June they started. The Storm door they installed wasn't the one I ordered but was already put in when I got home so I didn't say anything. My house is out of square so it made it tuff to install the doors. When I got my bill I got charged double for the storm door that I didn't want. 2 months after the job my bathroom paint started peeling in 2 spots. I reached out and asked why and was told it looks like it wasn't primed and that they would get back to me. Haven't heard anything and just primed and repainted myself. For the money I spent I should of got better results. Siding looks good though.
I live in Castle Rock apartments. The property management company hired Big Phish construction company to do the siding on the buildings. We were informed that it would take 7-10 days for the work to be completed. They have completed one building in the three weeks they have been here"working". I live in one of the first buildings they started on and they haven't even gotten half of the building finished yet. Apparently it makes more sense to tear apart other buildings than it does to minimize the impact on the tenants in the buildings they are working on. Extremely unimpressed with the way they are completing the work. Doing construction as well over the years this is disappointing.
Also when they installed windows in the living room of my ground floor apartment they felt that it was a good idea to leave my windows open and leave for the weekend. Absolutely infuriating to have to come home and find this.
