The one thing that Big Moose does not Mention when you hire their company to clean GUTTERS is the Most Important thing! They DO NOT CLEAN UP THE DEBRIS that comes out of your Gutters! I hired their service and this is what I got for $285.
They blew all the black composed leaves and dirt into my manicured yard, mulch, flowers, lawn furniture and tracked red mud onto my front porch. They left the down spout extentions laying all around my yard.
When I returned home from work saw my yard and Lawn Furniture all displaced in the front and back with the waste from the Gutters all over the yard and chairs, I immediately called their office and explained my displeasure with the service.
The response the I received from a lady whom I had never spoken to before said, "He told you we don't pick up the debris from the Gutters."
I was so Upset because HE did not mention ANYTHING in reference to clean up was not included in the service! The lady heard how upset I was and said she would send the guys back to put the extensions on the down spouts back. I was left with the Front and Back Yards to clean up! No Apology for the miscommunication (not on website)
No Discount offered, No Nothing!
The short of the long story is:
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR GUTTER CLEANING UNLESS YOU WANT TO CLEAN UP THE DEBRIS THAT COMES OUT OF THE GUTTERS YOURSELF!
