I usually don’t do reviews. But James IS a pro in every respect. For the last three years we’ve had him come each 6 months to do all of our windows, inside and out, Ours is a custom home with some complicated windows to clean, but he does them carefully and thoughtfully. He’s good communicator and easy to be around.

Company coming so time for a deep clean lol. My windows were pretty bad so called Big Island Window Pros. As usual, they were prompt, courteous and industrious. I am amazed at the improvement everytime they come out. House looks clean already! Highly recommend this company.

We were very pleased with James’ work. He had great communication skills prior to and during the workday. He is friendly, very thorough, methodical and went above and beyond. He is very critical of his own work and went over several windows that looked perfectly fine to us, but he felt could be even better. His quote was fair and he didn’t try to talk us into anything extra once he began cleaning. We look forward to having him return in few months. Nothing makes your house feel clean like sparkling windows.
