What Users Like The Most

If I would not use them at my personal home, I will not use them on any of the properties I manage.
Responded quickly to messages, scheduled an estimate, they showed up right when expected and answered all my questions.
They did a great job pressure washing my house and fence.

What Users Like The Least

It looked like they only did my window. The tracks were my biggest disappointment.
They said they forgot when I called so the wife said she would go back but there was no difference.
Very mad and I paid for all services.

As a property manager I work hard to find vendors who go above and beyond. If I would not use them at my personal home, I will not use them on any of the properties I manage. Big Island Customs is a company I would not hesitate to use at home. I have used them for quite a few years now and never once had a complaint. They have done windows, power washing, gutters and now even painting. I highly recommend them!

Big Island Custom Services came highly recommended by my Realtor. Responded quickly to messages, scheduled an estimate, they showed up right when expected and answered all my questions. Scheduled service, showed up and explained the service, and did a great job pressuring washing my house and fence.

These people were very nice don't get me wrong. I only met the fast. But there work was no what I paid for. I got quoted for my windows, tracks and screens to be cleaned. It looked like they only did my window. The tracks were my biggest disappointment they were discussing. They said they forgot when I called so the wife said she would go back but there was no difference. Not using again!!!! Very mad and I payed for all services..
