Shane went above and beyond for our new home inspection. He was given a tough job as the builder had an unfinished house and only gave Shane one opportunity to do his inspection before closing. He was thorough in his inspection and spent a few hours walking the roof- checking the drains and looking at every single nook and cranny inside the house. He has a write up to us quickly and had printed one for our builder to fix things he found. The write up was thorough with pictures, details and recommendations to improve and make sure we were moving into a safe home. Shane will be back for our 11 month inspection to finalize any issues he wasn't able to catch before due to the slightly unfinished home. Normally Shane does these inspections when the home is completely complete but the builder wasn't great to work with so Shane went above and beyond and wrote as much detail as he could to ensure we were taken care of. Thanks Shane!!! We appreciate you!
