It is like the old (i.e., pre-COVID) Ace Hardware Store is back and what a delight!. I needed some stainless steel lag screws to replace some cheap hardware that came with an outdoor railing I ordered from another vendor (not Ace). Mellisa personally helped locate just the right lag screws. Her help and her friendliness were greatly appreciated.

Always helpful and they have FrostTop soda! I always have to have a Caramel Cream Soda when I go there.

Might not be locally owned but they will still cut you new keys, sell you a BBQ, rent you some equipment for doing a job you would rather pay someone to do for you, etc.

Observing a slight Crack in the overhead fan cover in my 5th wheel, I came here to get some duct tape for a temporary fix. I received some expert advice and purchased some JB Weld for repairing plastic and much more. Vent cover is fixed better than my expectations and I learned about a fantastic repair item. Went back today to get another package of JB Weld in case of another issue. ACE hardware employee was very helpful.

Always helpful. Always cheerful. If they don't have they'll send you to will. Both Ace hardwares in Lincoln City can get you what you need. Don't forget to tell them you're a veteran.

Huge store in Lincoln City! Large variety. Had the hose needed for the RV. :-) Seemed well kept for size.

I just wanted to thank Tyler at the Lincoln City south store for being the only person in town who could duplicate my broken key and have it work perfectly. He is a God!

Had everything we needed to fix a broken window on our car. The staff was friendly and helped my mom find what she was looking for. I really enjoyed the smaller nick knack gifts that are both cute and affordable.

I've had nothing but great service here and the other Mills Ace Hardware here! The other day I had a difficult situation in getting to a court appearance in Newport, which is about 26 miles away & one of your kind Team Members allowed me to use your phone in which to call Hwy. 101 Taxi Service from inside the store because a lady from Beaverton, Oregon named Amber WiLL SON (as my will over Native Son) chose to "hit" me along with JUST TIN from Lincoln City - Believe it - A Taylor Swift - Justin Bieber/MiRANda Lambert - Scotty Cotter situation - brewing to overflowing across America! So finally the very busy Hwy. 101 Taxi Service dispatched Bob to save the day! Amen.

update. I needed window screens so I got in touch with Ace Hardware to order some. Cris Brough came to my house and did the measurements within 4 hours of my call. It took a few minutes for him to do his work and he told me that it would take a few days to for him to make them. It took much less time than I thought it would take. I picked them up and installed them. I had a small problem and called Cris who showed up at my door in 15 minutes and showed me how to deal with my issue. The service and the product were outstanding. I can not recommend Cris and Mills Ace Hardware enough for all you hardware needs.
They are well stocked for all your Halloween decoration needs.

I've been a customer for 40 years or more.
The employees are helpful when I have home repair problems. I need this place in my life.
