Wow, we feel so lucky that we found Ed to help us with our rv! He got us right in, diagnosed the problem quickly (bad alternator!), and was quick and reasonable with the cost, got us out the next afternoon! It was a miracle. Thank you so much Ed, we can’t recommend this man highly enough!

Pulling into Sea and Sand RV Resort we had a major issue with our 2022 Thor Sanctuary. our house Alternator had a full blown melt down (smoke rolling out the hood and Alternator red hot). The wonderful maintenance guys here at Sea and Sand gave us Ed's information and said he is a great guy and will take care of you.
That was an under statement, Ed got right back to me and said he would be out that afternoon. He came and said he would get us going so we could get home! Two days and two trips for parts he was able to get the House alternator by-passed.
Trust me this was not easy most would have told you to call the dealer, but not Ed he was determined to get it done AND he DID!

What a great company! Jason fit us into his busy schedule and diagnosed the issue with out slide-out. Unfortunately, the part wasn't available till late the next day and we had to hit the road in the morning. Jason went the extra mile and got the part set up for us to pick up since it was on our route and we could have installed at our next stop. I can't recommend Scenic Route RV highly enough!

Jason was incredible! Not only did he keep in touch with us by text and answer all our questions, but he showed up on time, had our new faucet installed, cleaned up the mess and was done in under half an hour! He was very personable, loved on our dogs, and we had a great conversation with him! And the price was very reasonable!! We would highly recommend Scenic Route RV Repair anytime!

When my residential Samsung Refrigerator stopping cooling on our 5 month roadtrip from Cali through Oregon, washington and Canada, I called Scenic Route RV. They were the only Mobile RV repair Co that helped me replace my refrigerator and even went out of their way to pick up the refrigerator from Lowe’s and install it without us missing a beat on our already paid for reservations up the Oregon Coast and to top it off came out on a Saturday (Memorial Weekend when most other mobile repair guys are closed for the weekend. Let alone a holiday weekend. I can’t say enough about how thankful and grateful my wife and I are for them to give great customer service, communication, and expertise. Scenic Route went above and beyond for us.

Very much enjoyed doing business with Scenic Route RV. They were able to quickly accommodate us and fix our slide issues in Lincoln City. Our technician, Jason was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. He was willing to take the time and explain everything he was checking to diagnose the problems and fix. Did not have a problem educating us about the slide operation while we followed him around the diagnosis. 7 days later when we had a similar problem he came right away to get us on the road. They answer their repair requests/calls/texts promptly and strive to give excellent service. Highly recommend their service and would definitely use again. 10

We had a water heater problem at Cape Lookout and created yet another while troubleshooting the first. We then left a voicemail with Scenic RV. We quickly received a text message linking to an online form to fully describe our problem. Within 15 minutes we received a call from Jason and sent him a few photos. He promptly analyzed the problems. While we could not get the parts we needed in our travel timeline, Jason helped us bypass the water heater, so we could at least continue our journey. And he would not let us pay him. He was quick, knowledgeable and more than fair. Hard to beat that.

"Top Notch" company to work with! Being essentially full-timers for the last five years, we've experienced some bad mobile RV companies. This was not the case with Jason and Ed of Scenic Route RV. What we liked the best was that they Communicated. They will actually answer the phone, call you right back, and keep you informed during the entire process. The slide-out on our 2022 No-boundaries started to malfunction during our camping trip. Ed was very quick to respond and verbally walked us through how to reset the slide motor synchronization. He was very professional and helpful. If we ever need mobile repair services in the future, we will be contacting him! We would highly recommend Scenic Route RV for any RV repair needs!

Needed a total water panel re-work before a cross country trip. Not only did they respond immediately, they came within 24 hours and we were totally impressed with the work and the above and beyond attitude. We will be calling them for all our RV work. No need to take the motorhome to the valley!!

Ed is the man!!!! Stuck in Pacific City with a slide half way out. My first thought was how am I getting anyone to fix this way out here? I did a Google search and saw Scenic Route RV Repair’s 5.0 rating, and it was a no brainer. Ed came out on time, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and to save us time being stranded, actually asked his wife to pick up the part on her way home! Who does that these days? And the part pick-up was not exactly on the way home either, (actually completely out of the way). Thank you Mrs. Gerber!!!! Ed showed up at 8pm, (12 hours later than his first visit that day) and sealed the deal and got us back on the road.
On top of Ed’s expertise, he’s just a real good guy. Enjoyed talking with him and he made a bad situation very tolerable. DO NOT HESITATE to call him if you need help! As a matter of fact, the next time I’m in the area, I will call Ed- if you have an RV, you know there is always something that needs to be fixed. 5.0+ review in my eyes….

We had a last minute electrical problem with our slide. Jason and Ed to the rescue! I do not think I will go two+ hours south any more for my RV needs, I was THAT pleased with the service.

Jason responded quickly to our request for assistance. Jason from Scenic RV came to our campsite to diagnose our issue with our GFI not working. He quickly diagnosed a faulty surge protector,and replaced the GFI. Jason was efficient and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend this company.

We had our fifth wheel jacks go bad while on vacation. They came out diagnosed and came back to repair it on a Saturday so we could head home on Sunday. The wife is a saint and went to Portland to get the parts. Could not be more happy with the service!!! Really friendly crew.

Our issues included Propane leaks, Furnace Failure, A/C, Hot Water Tank and Jack problems...... As most RV travelers know it’s not a matter of “IF” you will have a problem. It’s a matter of “When, How Bad, How fast can I get it Fixed and How much is it gonna cost me This Time!” Ed is awesome about summing up all of those questions once he looks things over to determine the problem and the answer.

These guys are AMAZING!!! We get to Lincoln City to enjoy a peaceful weekend and yep something’s wrong. No power to the outlets and most important no power to my heating blanket. They walked us through a quick fix. Educated us on how to plug in the pedestal in the future and we’re kind and patient while explaining this process to two novices. Thanks for your wonderful help! Ed was recommended to me by a couple of local RV resorts to primarily diagnose and repair my motorhome furnace as I was passing through and dropping south with a purpose. It was mid December and though I had no more snow to deal with it was bone chilling cold and rainy. He showed up as promised even though the night before the area had some windy conditions causing blow down and Ed's house had taken a hit from a fallen tree. Nothing about my repair was easy or quick as Ed stood mostly out in the rain with a multimeter and expertise and finally concluded that it was my furnace control board which is the piece that controls not only the furnace but air conditioning and fresh air blower. These boards are not something typically stocked and are quite expensive. I knew this because I had to replace one in another RV a couple of years prior but Ed has connections and a will to see the job through to completion. To make a long story longer, about a month and a half and an easy 600 miles later that same part fails again and I don't believe it was from the part being faulty. Though I didn't have a written warranty on the part Ed had told me that it was guaranteed for 1 year. The fact that I was so far away and that it was a verbal guarantee didn't matter to Ed. I called him and told him what another repair facility had found and I only had to mail the board back to him and he deposited a check for the price of the new board directly into my bank account. It's hard to find an independent contractor in this day and age that stands on his word and also knows what he is doing and does it well. Ed is one of those people and I highly recommend him. Ed was great - our alternator failed on the road and he came and diagnosed the issue right away. Even though he was fully booked, he made time to order the parts and repair the problem to get us back on the road. As a fellow RVer, he was friendly, helpful, and worked hard to get us going. His price was also very reasonable for all he did and we would highly recommend him!

Ed was great , he showed up a couple hours after I called fixed issues replaced my supentine belt, found my other problems and didn't over charge,.I will call him First from now on ,Always

Ed literally saved our vacation. He came up with a temporary solution for our leaking toilet until he could install a new one. He's the best !!!
