We recently had our bathroom completely remodeled by them, and it’s honestly like a different room. I was actually nervous about the process, but they let us see the quality of their work. I’m so glad we chose them!

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!! I contacted this company on April 25th, to have someone come out, and take a look at extensive repairs needed around my house for a quote. I called (in a timely manner) to get the initial appointment rescheduled to Tuesday of the following week. No one answered, so I left a detailed voice message. "Mike" returned my call, and we confirmed Tuesday, at 2:30 pm would be the new appointment time. The following Monday, someone by the name of Dominick called, to tell me he was at my house, expecting me there. I informed him that Monday was not my appointment day, but Tuesday, after speaking with Mike. Apparently, the appointment time was not communicated by the Mike, but Dominick, during our text exchange, complained about the commute to my home- and that should've been a red flag! I stressed if commuting was an issue, then having someone else give me a quote would be best. Eventually, he agreed to give a quote the following day for my home. After surveying my property, he made a sly comment about charging other customers more, if he doesn't like them, and assured me I was not among that group. Well, from that day onward, I was given the run around about getting figures for the work needed, and eventually "ghosted" altogether! I see they also changed their phone number on their website, too, which is odd for seemingly reputable business, and they established another Google page, to highlight their positive reviews. Very long story short, PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. I should have called Lowe's like I initially intended to!
