We had a dormer that leaked into our living room ceiling. They answered the phone the first time I called. No need to wait hours for a return call. They came within an hour - no need to wait weeks and have no one show up. He identified the issue, took pictures of the problem (for my insurance company) and repaired the leak. I would definitely use them again.
