We have had Better Built do our roof after a hail storm and were very pleased especially since we were out of town.
Better Built just finished a major project on our primary bathroom. We had a plan and were offered suggestions that were very appreciated and made the finished product even better. The project budget and timeline were met and all the professionals did excellent work. We are fortunate to have selected Better Built and will not hesitate to call on them again for future projects.

Better Built replaced my siding in a prior home in Coppell. Their work was professional and quality, that when I needed new siding for my current home in Irving, I contacted them again. As a repeat customer, I couldn't be happier with the company, workers and quality of their work. I highly recommend Better Built for any siding replacement. They do right by their customers, and the results are beautiful!!! My house isn't large, but I could not be prouder of how it looks now. :)

I used Better Built for new windows and siding. I was happy with the competitive pricing but even happier with the service I received. Robert gave me a timeline for the job and kept me up to date with the progress. The entire crew were great. They were professional, efficient, and did a great job cleaning the driveway every evening of anything that could end up in our tires. Robert had his guys paint a couple areas that I had overlooked when we discussed the job without any issue. Overall I am very pleased with the whole experience and will recommend Better Built to anyone looking to update their house.

We had them replace all of the windows in our home. The owner was very helpful and guiding us to the right product that would meet our needs and the desired look. We had difficulty with a manufacture’s long production times and the owner was quick to help us find a comparable product. He also helped guide us on how to get the best pricing. The installation team was quick and thorough. They were very knowledgeable and tidy.

Robert and his team were prompt, professional, affordable and experienced. From the minute they saw our home, which was on a tight timeline, they were able to fit us in. We were installing James Hardie V-groove Artisan siding and had contacted over 6 different installers however he was the most experienced with this material and also able to incorporate a cedar siding which he drove across town to obtain and install for us.

He is prompt, answered his phone/texts including weekends/game days and only took payment after everything was completed and fully inspected.

Great experience and quality of workmanship.

It's not often you get exactly what your sold. We had siding installed this past summer and are thrilled with the product and the workmanship of the install. Robert communicated what the process would be and the length of time for completion. The siding install and painting were all top notch. I highly recommend Better Built to all y friends and when I need more projects done they are first on the list to call!!!!!!

Over the years, we have used Better Built Siding and Windows for numerous projects in our home. We had a full home window replacement, primary bathroom remodel, kitchen remodel twice, full house of hard wood floor installation, an outdoor living area, roof replacement and several other smaller projects. The service Robert and his team provide is top notch. They were timely, organized, provided assistance in picking out materials and kept us informed about the progress. The pricing was always fair and the final product exactly what we were looking for. I would recommend Better Built for any project you might require.

Robert and his team have done several jobs for us. They built a shop and put up Hardie board and designed a terrific workspace with cedar pillars.
They provided us a new roof. They did a terrific, clean job.

was suppose to finish our job with them by replacing the fascia on the house that ended up being rotten. at first we were told it was ok .by the workers doing the siding and then it was not according to their painters . its been over 2 months and no response. The owner is very hard to ever reach unless he is ready to collect money. Painters dont know how to paint.
