These folks know the definition of customer service. They have serviced my home two times (two separate incidents), and each time there were no bad surprises. Zach did an excellent job all in one day to ensure the integrity of my roof from a recent wind storm.

I contacted Bethke Roofing to request that they come out and take a look at our asphalt shingle roof to inspect for possible hail damage. Sam and Zac, the company owner and his right-hand man, came out. They confirmed what I'd suspected, and suggested I contact my insurance company for an inspection. The insurance company wrote an estimate for an entire roof replacement. Bethke Roofing had no problem working from the insurance company's estimate, and began the job promptly. Zac took the lead of the project, setting my expectations of how the job would proceed, and letting me know the complete job would take 3 to 4 days. The workers did a good job of cleaning up at the end of each day. They worked sections of the roof, making sure it was protected from any possible damage from rain during the course of the repair. They took care to place ladders where they would cause no damage to the gutters. There was an incident of minor damage to the stucco. They brought out a repair company specializing in stucco who did a very good job of repairing the damage and retexturing the area to make it indistinguishable from the original wall. The job was completed on time, as described. Sam and Zac both reviewed the work for quality. They were both always very respectful and pleasant to work with, and I wouldn't hesitate to contact them in the future, should the need arise.

This roofing company made an absolute mess of my home. Over the span of three days they moved every single thing in my backyard and threw plants on the ground. When they left they left my outdoor furniture all stacked in one area in my backyard and I’m a single Mom I have no idea how I’m going to move it back. They threw my outdoor rugs everywhere and ripped one. They had an argument in Spanish outside my window one day. They also took a nap on my driveway and I watch kids from home during the week so that was extremely awkward for parents at pick up. My neighbor hired Divided Sky Roofing and their roof looks better than mine for some reason. They are cheap for a reason. Completely unorganized and unprofessional.

Sam came the next day when shingles blew off our roof. He was responsive and thorough even though it was a small job for a new client. We could not be happier and he is the only roofer we will call for repairs or a new roof when the time comes.
