This builder is an amazing custom builder. From the very first day Jeff (Foreman) and Dianna (customer service and design) were responsive and customer service focused. The house is amazingly finished. The craftmanship and the quality is unparalleled and we couldn't be happier. They built our home in 8 months as promised as we had huge land leveling to do and also the sq footage of the house with the front and back porch made for a large footprint. The communication was perfect, I never felt left out of the loop. My calls, texts and emails were returned in a timely fashion. Their pricing was fair and comparable, but I had options for base level or to upgrade and Dianna was super helpful with my picks. Jeff created custom molding to my exact specifications. You won't go wrong with this Builder. Trust me!

I expected that after 1 year in a brand new home that the builder would address any issues, apparently not. Both bathrooms have fiberglass tub/showers that began to crack ( due to the builder not filling the void underground), the powderoom fan only works if you keep the light on, electrical outlets behind drywall, unpainted ceiling's and walls. I’ve attempted to contact them,but no-one picks up the phone nor do they return phone calls. My wonderful realtor also attempted to reach about to them, but to no avail. I give up at this point and will have the issues corrected myself. Terrible company Future buyers beware stay away!!!

I am so glad I chose Bethel Builders. Makenna Robbins was incredibly helpful getting the project going, even with all the delays due to Covid. There are so many plans and options available, and I am very happy with the home I chose. The office staff are also wonderfully helpful. I highly recommend Bethel Builders.

Had my house built in 2020-2021. It was a horrible experience the whole time. I'm not the kind of person to give reviews but this is ridiculous. I had a walkout basement built which is great but they did not compact the dirt around the walls so now it is settling. A LOT. We got a lot of rain and now the ground around my house is sunk down at least 6 inches in spots. It's so bad my directv satellite isn't working because it has moved. Now I have to pay them to straighten it up AFTER I pay someone to fix the sinkhole around my basement . I also had to repaint the entire house because they use flat paint. The paint was so bad that you could literally rub it off. Furniture against the walls would leave marks. I had red marks where Christmas presents rubbed the walls. The drywall is terrible. There are so many blemishes where it was finished to even speak of. Guess that's why they use flat paint. Window in the basement is leaking and have been waiting 3 weeks for the warranty department to call me. I'm satisfied with the structure of the house but the rest is just ridiculous. I shouldn't be paying anyone to paint a new house, or to re-grade around the house so my basement doesn't flood.

Miserable experience from start to finish. I signed a contract with Bethel in March 2021, but I was smart/lucky enough to bail when they attempted increase the price by $15-25k AFTER I signed the contract. I'm so glad I paid a little more to go with a more reputable builder.

We built our house in April of 2020. The quality of our house built by Bethel is terrible. Terrible drywall work, they refused to fix everything that was supposed to be fixed for the one year warranty, and terrible communication with the office staff. One of my biggest complaints is that our yard was not grated properly and it holds water like crazy. Good thing we did not get a basement or it would be flooded all of the time. They refused to do anything about it. I recommended them to family before I realized their quality of work and I strongly regret it. They have had nothing but a terrible experience as well. Please consider your decision and other reviews before choosing this company. Also just discovered this huge crack in my foundation that they tried covering up with caulk.

My husband and I went to Bethel Builders, LLC to build and our salesperson showed no interest. We had to keep contacting her. When spending such a high dollar amount, customer service and salesmanship is essential. Decided to take our business elsewhere and will be building with another builder in May. Unfortunate, but if initial service is subpar it’s probably indicative of what they’ll do during the building process.

We moved into our house in July 2020 (almost a year and a half ago). We have a beautiful house; however, there are issues that have yet to be corrected by Bethel (loose siding on the back of our house, cracked tile in the laundry room, a broken plastic piece on our front porch railing); These are supposed to be fixed "soon" per Vivian at Bethel. The drywall and paint are horrible (I can post pics if anyone is interested). They spray their paint and there are spots where there is hardly any paint on the walls; there are several places on the walls and ceilings where drywall tape is visible but we were told "it isn't going to be perfect". They only use FLAT paint and that is because flat paint hides the flaws and there are numerous flaws in their drywall work. I wanted to pay extra for eggshell or semi-gloss and they refused (NOW I KNOW WHY)..... Honestly, the drywall is my biggest complaint, along with their customer service. Communication is horrible with Bethel, I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere because I wish we had. We had a bad experience from the start; they lost our floorplans and had to re-order them, our project manager could care less about the workmanship or about any concerns we had, his communication was awful as was the office staff. We never met Lori, although we were told we would meet her at the pre-construction meeting (that did not happen); We also asked to meet with her regarding our numerous complaints before our walk-through, we never received a response. I gave 2 stars because our house is pretty, no doubt, but the drywall throughout our entire house is awful. I invite you to come see for yourself before you use this builder.

It has been a little over a year since we built a house with Bethel. I have nothing but good things to say about their product. The pros outweigh the cons. The planning stage was a bit rough and took longer than I would have liked. Also, the final few weeks of waiting felt like they could have been avoided with a little more organizing. We are still waiting on a handful of items to be addressed from our one year walk. I doubt it is possible to find the perfect construction scenario. At the end of the day, they are a good group of people and built us a great home.

Makenna was wonderful to work with as far as picking options and getting back to us asap whenever we had questions. Due to Covid, we had a few different project managers but we were still able to get into our home by the end of October after pouring footers in June! If anything wasn’t quite right during the building process, it was fixed quickly and how we wanted. We are happy to now be in our beautiful home!

We loved working with Bethel for the construction of our beautiful home! Everyone is so responsive and they stick to their word. Truly great people who care about the homeowners and sticking within their budget.

My experience with Bethel Builders was nothing short of amazing. I had the opportunity to have Tina Wright (Ashland office) assist me with my whole experience. I'm a first time homeowner and the process can be intense but Tina reassured me through the whole process that everything would be okay. Tina became more of family through the process. Also, I had a wonderful Site Manager Jeff. He was very professional and punctual. He was very straightforward with me and tried his best to accommodate my request. Towards the end of everything I had the pleasure of having Lanita Seay assist me. She stepped right in and made sure that all my warranty paperwork was completed. It was such a pleasure of having Bethel Builders build my home. I have received so many compliments on my home. My home is actually on display in the gallery. The pictures really doesn't do any justice. Thank you Bethel Builders for all your help. Lori truly blessed me with such a great company and staff to build my home.

Bethel Builders built our home, we love it, quality, all one level living, no maintenance, . From the start of construction to the end nothing but top notch people. We love our home. We would recommend Bethel Builders to anyone.

We feel so lucky to have found Bethel Builders to build our dream! They have a great barndominium design with a 5 stall barn downstairs with wash stall, conditioned tack room and bathroom with a 3 bed/2 bath apartment upstairs. Suits our need perfectly and was done on time and on budget. The fit and finish is top notch plus we have been in over a year with no problems at all. Happy to recommend this great team to anyone looking to build.

They have been very patient while I have waited to build my house and they have been willing to adapt their plans to my ideas.

Nothing like I expected... I feel 1 star is a bit harsh, so I gave them a 2 star, although the 'current" office personnel has been helpful when things were asked to be done. Our appointed "superintendent" on our job was lacking in being there in a timely fashion and even when an important delivery was made and in explaining things. the job supervisor didn't seem to care about much...

Bethel has been amazing. Our home was started in July and completed right on time in December. They were willing to work with any upgrades we wanted and we got the cabinets and cathedral ceiling we desired! Other than the minor things you expect to come with a new home (a few dings here and there that they will so kindly come back to fix!) our new home is everything that I dreamed it would be. If we ever build in the future, I see us calling Bethel first!!

Love Bethel. They were very helpful and did a wonderful job building a home for us after we lost ours in a fire. Highly recommend!

Just spent my first night in my new home by Bethel Builders. Laurie Nichols was upfront and honest, available and answered all my questions from the get go. The office staff was quick to respond to emails and kept the ball rolling. My project manager, William, was patient and went over all the details and systems of my home before I moved in. Would highly recommend this builder.
UPDATE: It's been 5yrs since I moved into my home. I could not be happier. We are looking to build again on a lot we own down at Kerr Reservoir. I had reached out to Dianna at Bethel to see if they would be willing to build at our new location. After talking to Lori, they agreed to do the job!! So happy!!

Awesome. Built our home and completed it this year. Easy to work with, explained everything, and always answered our questions promptly. Our house is rock solid and not only meets our expectations but exceeds them in many ways. Highly recommend.
