We needed a roof inspection ASAP since we are in the process of selling our home so I called Mike at Best Roof Roofing and he went out of his way to make sure we met our deadline. He’s very polite and knowledgeable as well an expert on roofing; he gave a us information that no one had told us before. He immediately spotted the type of shingles in the roof of our house and started its a grade 4 shingle that qualifies for a house insurance discount! Very pleased his service.

I have been working with Kyle with Best Roof Roofing company for many years now! As a Realtor, I always have my preferred and trusted roofer (Kyle) come check out the roof for every listing I have coming to market, and for every buyer I put under contract. Every time I call Kyle he comes out and examines every roof I need him to as quickly as possible. He gives me and my client honest feedback, takes pictures etc on the condition of the roof. Best Roof Roofing has been nothing short of fantastic! From a full roof replacement on our rental property, to a brand new skylight in our primary residence, everything has been top notch and Kyle has taken excellent care of us!

We received considerable hail damage and required a new roof and some windows.

Of course, the insurance company came out and lowballed the roof as well as the windows. Dennis, at Best Roof, kept on the insurance company by constantly submitting supporting documentation and pictures, by independent third-party companies. This process was the only way to forcethe insurance companies’s hand.

The roof is absolutely fantastic and was done quickly and to the highest standard.

The insurance company said 3 windows needed to be replaced, Dennis, through his efforts, which took many months, ensured that all 13 of the damaged window windows were replaced.

The new windows Installed were top-notch. His window contractor was able to match our older existing windows perfectly. Of course, that installation was done Quickly, with great attention to detail, as well as the cleanup…

Through sheer tenacity and doggedness, the insurance company had no choice, but to pay the claim in full, as Dennis had written up..

I called Kyle Brown, one of the owners of Best Roof roofing via referral from the company that did my new siding. I’d been going back and forth with another roofer who was trying to hold me to a contingency contract I should not have signed. Kyle/Best Roof Roofing did not ever ask me to sign a contingency contract. I’d strongly recommend finding a roofer that does not high pressure you into a contingency contract.

I had multiple concerns associated with the roof job (siding, solar, & squirrel mitigation). Kyle was great at listening to my worries and working with me to address them (where the 1st roofer fell short). It was also a pleasure working directly with one of the company owners of a local company.

Best Roof dealt with the insurance company to make sure payments were correct while also working with me on upgrades I wanted (Full Ice and Shield + Class 4 Shingles).

The team that came out to do the work was great. Professional, great job, and cleaned up after. Kyle came out 2-3 times/day to check the work and tolerate my questions. The job was mostly done in 2 days with a bit of overflow to a 3rd. I highly recommend Best Roof Roofing.

This company should be called, "Worst Roofing". Horrible experience with owner and agent, started contact 1st of June, project not completed until Nov. Broke sidewalk upon delivery of shingles, owner said he would repair, downspout not completed, agent said he would repair, lack of communication, promises not kept. Took money and now no contact about repairs. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Our roof suffered significant hail damage last year. A representative of Best Roof Roofing came to our home and offered to assess the damage. They submitted paperwork to my insurer and accompanied the insurance adjuster during their review. Best Roof Roofing made additional observations that the insurance adjuster originally missed; in fact, my insurer used some of Best Roof Roofing's photos of the damage, because they were more complete than those taken by the adjuster. Throughout the process, Best Roof Roofing kept me informed and worked to get me the coverage that I was owed by the insurer -- for instance, my insurer "forgot" that I originally had hail resistant shingles, and Best Roof Roofing was able to get my insurer to pay the additional fee for this upgrade which is important along the Front Range. All aspects of working with Best Roof Roofing were pleasant and professional. They went out of their way to accommodate some special asks that I had. I'm pleased to have done business with Best Roof Roofing.

Check their work. Cut our flashing and didn't replace it! Also did work that I didn't approve of and then tried to bill me, when I wanted follow up to find out if was covered by the warranty I did not get a response. We have a wasp problem that has been growing over the past year.... Come to find out that they are making nests behind our gutter and it is because when our roof was replaced, they cut our gutter! Pictures from right before our roof was replaced and what was found. I will say the prices was ready and the work was done quickly. The workers were professional and efficient. Mine was a warranty claim, which they Said was a pain.

Dennis was fantastic to work with. I had an odd job with a leaky shingled awning and Dennis was able to quickly pinpoint the issue and repair it. I thought I was going to have to redo the structure of the awning but Dennis advised this was not necessary and saved me a lot of $. I will definitely be calling Best Roof Roofing for any future roofing needs.

We couldn't be happier with Best Roof Roofing. After enduring a bad hail storm, we were lost on who to use. Yes, we had a bunch of roofers knocking on our door, but you don't know who you can trust. We are so thankful that our good friends recommend Best Roof Roofing! They answered immediately when I called and came out that night (in the rain) to take pictures of the damage to our roof, landscaping, house paint, pergola, and fence. Even though we hadn't signed with them yet, they asked if they could be there when our insurance inspector was there. Honestly the best advice I could give anyone, is have Best Roof Roofing there when your insurance adjuster comes out. They were able to point out all the things that our adjuster didn't have the time or patience to look at, but were forced to because Best Roof Roofing was there. Best Roof Roofing then walked us through each step of the process. They explained our insurance settlement statement and told us what we needed to do in order to show the insurance company that they didn't quote things correctly. Additionally, when our insurance adjuster miss measured the square footage of our fence, it was Best Roof Roofing that went back and made sure it was fixed. In the end this was a massive project that included fixing our roof, painting our house, painting the fence, fixing landscaping, and fixing and painting our pergola. Best Roof Roofing was able to coordinate all the teams we needed to get the job done quickly and smoothly. We highly recommend using them!

I had a water stain form in my ceiling as a result of a leak in the roof. Within 48 hours they showed up, and they evaluated and fixed my problem in less than 30 minutes. They even discounted me on the typical price because of how simple the fix was.
