from the very moment I called for a quote- Kellie and Matt FULLY understood the assignment. there was a significant time crunch and they (seemingly) effortlessly executed everything necessary in the fastest time frame I’d ever seen or heard of. the response time and professionalism is better than big companies- they’re personable yet highly professional- I will always use them wherever I can for my roof business for sure guaranteed. they also exceeded my financial expectations flawlessly and were up front and transparent with pricing - truly an honest good company with impeccable integrity.

Our $18k roof installed by Best Roof Jax was less than 4 years old when it started leaking near the chimney. We could not get them to come out and look at it. They did respond to one email and say they'd come out, but did not show up. Lowe's pitched at 50 year GAF warranty at the time of sale, so we contacted GAF directly. They sent their current GAF certified installers who told us this is due to workmanship, not materials. I would not recommend using Best Roof Jax, or Lowe's Home services. Lowe's is aware and put it back on Best Roof Jax. When I first called Best Roof Jax over 12 months ago the lady who answered the phone told me that they do not do warranty/repair calls and to try and go through Lowe's Home services. The bottom line is neither one of these companies has integrity, and neither one of them are going to correct their workmanship, or the damage it has caused.

Matt and Kellie are fantastic. I have a lot of experience with sh*ty roofers from working in the industry, and I can tell you that you will be safe with Best Roof.

The crew were on time if not early stayed late to try and finish the roof. Returned the next morning was finished up early day two. They replaced all bad roof decking. Doubled underlayment in all areas where a leak could start. Had to leave before roofers finished and when I got back yard was cleaned. Best of all no damage to my place. Love the work they do. Also the office staff kept me informed at all times.

Wow! Talk about above and beyond service. We were in the process of selling our home and came across lots of wood rot and even a cracked truss. Best Roof of Jax replaced all the damaged material and even stayed late to fix the truss issue so we could stay on time with closing. Their customer service and professionalism is astounding. They have true pride in their workmanship and it shows in the completed roof. So happy with the process from beginning to end!

From the initial quote through closing out the permit, communication with Kellie and Matt was phenomenal! No question went unanswered. We appreciated the time they took to make sure every detail was covered. The crew did amazing work and with two little ones running around, clean up was super important to us! We have not found one nail on the ground and our re-roof was done at the beginning of March.

Great service! Kellie was very nice, very knowledgeable in the roofing business, very patient and thorough in explaining all the details of the repair process and will work with you no matter what your concern is. Their work process is very efficient, they were able to finish the whole roofing in one day, even with a few hours delay in the delivery of the materials. Ours is a medium size 1800 sq ft house. We would definitely recommend them to anybody!

Great experience with Best Roof Jax! Andy came over inspected the house and shed and within 1 day came back with the lowest estimate of 3 local roofing contractors. Within 2 weeks as promised all paperwork was filed with the county and at 6:30 am Matt and company showed up again as promised and started the job. 10 hours later, All Finished!!
Cleanup was perfect and Matt even came back the next day to make sure nothing was overlooked!! A perfect experience from atart to finish!!

6 guys arrived one Saturday morning and had replaced the entire roof in 4 1/2 hours! I was amazed and very delighted with their service. I recommend beatroofjax to anymore looking for a new roof !

Love my new roof! After being damaged by Matthew, and then again by Irma (Yay Florida), it was finally time for a full replacement. I called several companies and BestRoofJax was by far the most responsive, affordable and friendly. Kellie was very helpful with picking the type of roof, shingles and paper and then very patient with me picking the color (I changed my mind twice). They dropped off the materials the day before the roof was to be done, the roofers showed up on time the day of and by the morning of the next day, I had a beautiful new roof. The owner of the company was on-site to supervise his crew and explain to me why they had to take my gutters off (someone, who shall remain nameless, screwed them into the old drip-edge). The workers were very polite and cleaned up after themselves- not a single nail or piece of trash was left behind. Overall, just an excellent experience and a great price compared to other companies! You will not be disappointed with BestRoofJax!

I was a little surprised that a female sales person came to my house for a roof estimate, but it turned out to be a great experience! Kellie was very informative and she was very attentive to our requests. The crew and project manager were great to deal with from start to finish. They completed our large roof in 2 days and triple checked for nails! Did I mention how great the roof looks? I strongly recommend Best Roof Jax to anyone who needs a roof.
