We just bought our first home and of course we missed a few things the previous owners tried to cover up. Bob was able to expose the threat immediately and handle the problem all in his own. He was fast, efficient, and cleaned up after himself. 10 out of 10, recommend.

Amazing customer service! They couldn't fix our furnace until tomorrow morning, so Jessie brought out a couple of space heaters to keep us warm. He was very pleasant and chatted with us for a few minutes.

The water heater in my dog grooming salon died and they were quick to get Shawn out to assess the situation. Their plumber, named Bob, was sent to install the water heater and to fix some household plumbing issues. He did a fantastic job. He was exceptionally thoughtful, thorough, and considerate, as well as competent. The pricing is on the high side for mundane fixes, but I am very glad to know this company is responsive for important jobs like this one. I want to thank the whole team for their prompt response and professionalism. I feel great peace of mind knowing they can be counted on.

Jesse and Logan came to fix a broken pipe, and what started as one issue quickly turned into a series of problems. Despite the challenges, both of them were absolutely amazing! They were professional, friendly, and extremely hard-working. They didn’t stop until the job was done, and I could tell they genuinely cared about providing top-notch customer service. They worked efficiently and even stayed after hours to ensure everything was fixed and up and running. I couldn’t be more grateful for their dedication and commitment. Highly recommend!

If there was an option for ZERO stars, that would be my rating. The service we received at our rental property was ROBBERY!!! I have absolutely no problem paying for after hours/emergency fees. The technician arrived at 2:36pm & was in his van leaving at 2:57pm, that included sitting in he van for several minutes. This does not justify a $550 bill, $236 dollars of that was just to light a pilot light!!! CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!!

Jesse did an excellent job replacing my water heater. He explained all of my options and worked till after hours to complete the job.

They are top notch professionals from their sales people,technicians, entire staff, explaining the job they will do and quality products they sell. Your house will be left clean just like they weren’t there. Their technicians are the greatest to work with.

Shawn Slater and Alex Maestas are some great dudes. Came out, explained the job well, didn’t try to milk me or do excessive work to up charge. The work they did for us was clean, well-thought out and they knew what they were doing. 10/10 recommend these guys.

Jesse Olsen is the best! He figured out the plumbing problem in minutes and had it fixed quickly! He is a real asset to Best Plumbing! We have had the best experience with his service! When you purchase an old house you never know what problems will arise, he has done several jobs for us and is always polite, professional, and friendly. This is my go to plumbing guys to get whatever I need done and im in eastern colorado. Trust them 100!% One of the last great companies around.

I'll make a long story short, their bid was 2 to 2 1/2 times above what was realistic. Paid the extremely high trip charge. I dealt with them 1st hand, if people give 5 stars, those people must not be on ANY type of budget & money means nothing to them. Don't even think about doing business with them, if you care about your bank account. There's more to the story, but I won't mention it. Trust me, it wasn't good.

Our roof vent stopped working during the major heatwave in July. Alex crawled in the attic space to verify the problem, explained everything to obtain consent to repair and returned with the new motor within a few days to replace it. Excellent service. Small space and heat didn’t deter him!!!! Thank you.

Update: November Furnace maintenance
Best Plumbing – Even though we had a mix up on the date of our appointment, Best Plumbing went out of their way to accommodate us and our schedule. We really appreciate the effort.

We had the yearly maintenance on our furnace. There wasn’t any concerns from our end since it seemed our furnace is working great, but Alex Maestas looked at a couple of items that needed cleaning and replacing.

Alex is the best technician. He was engaging, friendly, helpful. Explain everything he was doing so we understood. I highly recommend him as your technician.

Specifically Alex cleaned our flame sensor igniter and cleared a drain block of the condensate drain lines.

Thank you Best Plumbing for accommodating our schedule and thank you for sending us Alex. He is great.

Mid-June we turned our Central Air on, but it wasn’t cooling. We did try another Plumbing and AC company before trying Best Plumbing and AC.

Best has 3 ways to contact them depending on urgency. Ours was not urgent but I have to admit I tried all 3. And all 3 worked. They got right back to me. They scheduled a technician for that day.

Richard Grumbianin came on time which Best kept me up to date on arrival. The AC fix was simple but since we had the technician, we asked for a maintenance check up. He went through everything on our system including changing the filter.

There were a couple of concerns that Richard brought to our attention. He did not pressure us to fix anything or upgrade, just gave us the facts with the cost.

I would say the service was professional and helpful. Richard went through everything, explained everything and answered our questions. He was friendly, helpful and professional.

We appreciated the fast same service, how the company kept us informed on arrivals, and the professional attitude.

We will call them with any plumbing or heating/AC concerns in the future. We highly recommend this company and ask for Richard if you can.

I needed a hot water heater. I called Best and Shawn Slater has been helping me! I have to say he is the best and sweetest guy ever! The Best team has been so great to deal with. I know it has been more money but sometimes just having the stress relief and the great team is worth the extra money. Thank you to everyone on the team for being so nice and taking such great care of me!

The tech was fine. Customer service is terrible. We called at 2pm for a water leak that caused us to have to turn off the main water, they told us the tech would be there between 10am and noon the next day. Then, they call at 11:55 saying the tech is running late and will now be there between 1pm and 2pm. At 2:10, still no tech and no phone call, so we had to call just to be told the tech is "in rout" to our house. Finally 45 minutes later someone shows up, so we've had the water shut off for over 24 hours. All of this to be told it is going to cost $576 for a 20 minute job (we already had the floor pulled up and everything exposed). Then the tech didn't have half the parts he needed so he had to run to the parts store to get the correct parts even tho he had a van. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this company and will never call them for assistance again. They are out to gouge you for money and can't even tell you when someone will actually be at your house. If I could leave 0 stars I definitely would. WARNING: Get plumbing service somewhere else.

Our furnace went out in January so I bought a new furnace on Ebay I contacted Best Plumb8ng &Cooling and Fred and George were scheduled to install our new furnace. They were clean efficient and very Professional. My wife and I are pleased we contacted a Respectable Company to professionally install our Bew Furnace

Fred and crew did a quality job here at my repeater site. He told me what he was doing and ran it by me before he did it. When there was a technical issue in question Best support was a phone call away and the team figured it out in a quick minute. I will continue to use Best in this area of the state.

He did "okay" he was a nice guy but when we were looking under our kitchen sink last evening we discovered the old silver hoses under the sink were left on with the faucet job & the faucet was BRAND NEW with BRAND NEW hoses inside it, maybe that is standard in the job to leave on the OLD hoses on & not put the brand new ones on?
We felt the price of $412.00 for the short time of work for a kitchen sink facet installed seems A LITTLE STEEP in price to us, ESPECIALLY where we had bought the brand new facet for him to install seems LIKE A PRETTY STEEP PRICE to charge. There was nothing major in this job to do but just install the kitchen faucet. I even had our under the sink extremely clean for him so he wasn't lying under the sink in dirt & grime. It was a fast job & nothing major & we WISHED my husband could of been in the proper health to have been able to have installed it himself. $412.00 just seems A LITTLE STEEP in cost ESPECIALLY when we were WILLING to wait ONE MORE DAY as asked by your Company & your Thanking us, "For our patience in waiting another day" (our sink broke on Sat.) we WERE scheduled for a Monday appointment but you called us back & "cancelled on us for the Monday job" & asking us "If we could wait until Tues. with your having more important jobs needing to be attended to that Monday" so we were patience in waiting & then we were stuck with a $412.00 job for a faucet installation, it just seemed A LITTLE STEEP for this kitchen faucet job.

We purchased a dishwasher about 3 years ago from Best. I believe the tech was named Jeff. He was very efficient, on time, friendly, and we felt very comfortable with him in our home. He was very professional from the moment he walked in our door, while he was installing the dishwasher and when he completed the job.
