Stay away I had roof replacement in 2020 by them and roof leaked so bad after their job I had to move into the basement ceiling and wall water was running down then he did everything to get out of repairing the roof I had to hire someone else to fix his mistakes and then made me sign a contract release him for any other problems also he never repaired my interior walls. STAY AWAY !!!!! STILL VERY UNHAPPY CAN'T SAY IT ENOUGH STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY still waiting for someone to pay for the major ceiling and wall repair

It started with water leaking into my home from the sliding glass door to a beautiful roof and gutters that I couldn't be happier with!!

I'd initially called Best Coast to have them look at my roof and potentially get a cost on a repair, or if needed, a new roof altogether. I'd also add that out of at least six contractors I called, Best Coast was one of two to reach back out to me. Cody (owner) came out and after further review recommended a new roof. I wasn't too surprised as the roof was quite old and had numerous problems. I'd also had some roof work done prior and didn't want to shell out more cash if it was just going to be another band aid repair and costing me more in the long run so I was more than ok with having to do a new roof.

I was kept in the loop during the entire process from start to finish. The customer service and quality of work are second to none. If I have any questions or concerns Cody is more than happy to take the time to connect with me. A new roof isn't cheap and with the times the way they are now it can make it even more stressful. However I can say with full confidence you'll end up with a quality product, outstanding customer service and if need be quick responses to and concerns you may have. Can't say enough good about Cody and the bunch at Best Coast. We had our garage roof replaced after some tree limbs fell. They were responsive, professional and willing to work with us on quotes for our insurance claim. We got a shingle that matched the existing roof on our house and got some new gutters as well. When it came to the day of the job, Adam was on site early in the morning, and OMG this guy is so fast! He had the whole roof stripped and re-shingled in one day by himself. The job was completed just before the rain. These guys are awesome!

Cody (owner) and crew were amazing! I have a home that hasn’t had a new roof in a VERY long time if at all. Cody came out quickly to get a quote on the job. He communicated every step of the way and gave me a timeline of when things would be happening. It ended up that I was out of town while they replaced the roof. So Cody sent me awesome drone shots to show me the progress. I’m having several jobs done on my house right now and so far Cody has been the best person I’ve worked with. I fully recommended Best Coast Roofing. I urge potential customers to check out their Instagram as well. That’s what sealed the deal for me when choosing which roofer to go with. Cody also recently came out and checked my roof when I panicked about a growth of moss. Turns out it had fallen off our very old chimney.

Cody was quick to schedule us for an appointment. He was thorough in explaining the process and easy to talk to. It took a day to replace the roof for us, and he came back the second day to clean up and address any questions we had. I called several roof and gutter contractors on a Sunday and Best Coast Roofing was the only one willing to come over the next day to fix a gutter problem. Cody, the owner, was able to take care of it and while he was here he also checked out our roof and gutters to make sure they were ok and did a minor roof repair where some debris had gotten stuck. I was so impressed by his customer service orientation that I hired him to install gutter guards. That job was done to our satisfaction for a very reasonable cost. Best Coast Roofing is now our go-to roofing contractor and I highly recommend them.

Best Coast Roofing installed roof sheathing and a beautiful standing seam metal roof for a new construction project of ours on the Oregon Coast. Best Coast was professional, easy to work with, and they executed the installation and details for the roof with a very high level of craft. The final result was beautiful! My roof was leaking. Had a different roofing company come out and give me a quote of over $1200 to fix it and really pushed more on me, saying I basically had to completely replace both my chimneys and completely treat my roof. That company came out to my roof 3 times. All the while rain was leaking into my home.

I called Cody at Best Coast to get a quote, he came out looked around, and did a temporary fix, regardless of whether or not I chose him for the work. He quoted me substantially less, ended up paying less than $300, no pushy sales tactics. He gave me lots of information about roof warranties. He had great communication, he was genuine and helpful.

If you want a roofing company that is honest, knowledgeable and professional call Best Coast Roofing. I thought I needed to have exhaust vents replaced from a brand new roof. Turns out they are soft lead and only look beat up and used. To get rid of the rust all I need to do is paint them with Rustoleum.

Cody was great to work with. I had "built in gutters" that were never working well. He and Adam worked hard all day long removing the old fascia, and prepping the roof-line for the new gutters. ...had a roofcap segment blow off in a high wind. Called the roofing company we've used in the past. No reply. Looking for a company that would come out I picked Best Coast Roofing out of the blue. Code 1) called me back immediately to find out the issue, 2) agreed to come out and look at it the next day (when rain was forecast) AND then said he would protect the missing roofcap area from rain and come out the next day (Saturday!) to repair it. He not only did so, but he also checked and made sure the rest of the roofcap was ok. Great experience, great company on the up...we will be using Best Coast Roofing for any future needs...

Loving my new roof!! Cody came out and gave me a bid with no pressure a month before I pulled the trigger. After meeting with 8 contractors in total his price was right and while the other contractors were nice, I really enjoyed speaking with him the most. He really takes care to make sure everything is done right and explain any questions we had. His crew was awesome, and they did a magnificent job cleaning up after tear off of the old roof. We have a daughter that likes to run around barefoot outside so that was really important. I also had my deck cover roofed at the same time and the wood sheeting on top was exposed and the rain was coming. Cody came over and hopped up on top and tarped the whole thing for me a few weeks before we had the roof scheduled to be done, which really saved the day! I really felt like he cared about me and my project!
