It’s been a few months, James is still as great as he ever was. He replaced the toilet quickly and was very kind. Seriously, if you need a plumber, call him.

I simply cannot say enough good stuff about this guy. I had another plumbing emergency at 7 PM on a Thursday night. He was he was ready to save me. Fortunately, I was able to solve it myself, but he was so kind and helpful over the phone. I cannot recommend this man enough. If you have any kind of plumbing emergency, please call him he is a gem.

If I could leave more stars I would. I called them at 9 o’clock on Saturday night. He gave some advice and asked me to call back an hour later an hour later, it turned out he needs to come out. He came out and fix the problem for a reasonable price. He was pleasant and came out late on a weekend. I cannot give enough praise for this young man. Great work, great attitude, just a great overall experience.

James Carroll came and fixed my shower. Got the part and was in and out quick, and followed up to make sure everything was working quickly and told me to let him know if I had any questions. Appreciate the good work!

Had a drip under my dishwasher called James and within a day he came fixed the leak very responsible priced very nice and professional guy would highly recommend

Quick, professional response. James was very polite and helpful. He took the time to explain what had gone wrong and what will at some time in the future need to be done to keep the furnace running well. Would definitely recommend to friends/family.

James was very professional, he answered my emergency call to get my heat working again and fixed my issue in a few hours. He also was very thorough and found a small gas leak that I didn’t know I had. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

James is a very knowledgable plumber, who uses creative approaches to solve difficult problems. My main criticism is that he apparently takes on more jobs than he can handle alone, and has difficulty fulfilling his promises to complete a job on time. His fees are very reasonable compared to most other plumbers, and I would recommend him if only he can solve his problem of getting the job done by arriving on time and thoroughly cleaning up upon completion. Also, it is important that furnishings in adjacent areas be covered before work is done, because we spent a day cleaning up dust and debris after James had left.

Mini-split A/C units. Installation went fairly well. James is pleasant to deal with however there were multiple issues. The job took several months despite the fact we booked the job in March.
We made the mistake of paying him the final payment after the condenser was installed as he promised it would only take a short period to finish. Well he never finished repairing/painting the walls. We never received any warranty information or instruction manuals. Very disappointed as he now dodges our calls. Not likely we would recommend him.

If you need a job done James can do it!! They are reliable!!! They get the job done correctly and efficiently. He gives great advice.He is a jack of all trades. He can do any kind of project you have in mind and do it well! He has great prices and becomes loyal to your job, and get it done in a timely matter.
