Came out to my home a few weeks ago to take measurements for windows and look at my foundation .... In less I missed a email I have not seen a response, no call, no text , nothing . I understand if busy or did not want to take on the job but I would appreciate being told so. I held off on other companies waiting for his estimates that I never received . He had such good reviews so I was hoping to hear something back. Gave my business to another company .
Shawn did professional work, was always on time, worked hard. He was faced with additional work when seeing that there was more to a problem than we both thought. He was also faced with additional work that I asked him to do that was not originally discussed. He had no problem completing all of the work. I plan to call on Shawn for future work.
Called Shawn for 2 separate roof leaks and estimates for other jobs around my home. 2 hours after my first call to Shawn he was on my roof doing repairs. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional! I was impressed when he said he wasn’t comfortable doing certain jobs instead of attempting them and not doing them correctly the job was a complicated driveway project. But most everything else he was happy to do! I’m thrilled to have found his company and look forward to having him do many projects around my house!!!!! Thanks Shawn!!
