We just moved to the area and our new home needed lots of odd jobs completed. We found BCHR and have been extremely happy every time Shawn has come out to work for us. Shawn is extremely polite, knowledgeable, hard working, and self-motivated...everything you could ask for in a handyman!

Shaun Miller is a thorough professional. When he is on a job, he works and he knows what he is doing. I didn't discover him until a few months ago, when he replaced 2 roof shingles, cleaned eavesdropping, added lots of mulch after getting rid of a weed jungle and did a fix on a hose faucet. That counted as 1/2 day. Then I put my house up for sale and the buyer inspector claimed roof damage along with a lot of absolutely false and frivolous claims. Nevertheless it has been a brutal summer for high wind and torrential rain so one more shingle needed replacing. Shaun came out the day I called. In rain, he climbed on the roof, inspected it thoroughly, replaced the only damaged shingle, looked for and did not find any other problem and pronounced the roof ok. So no frivolous cut in house sale price or some repairman saying it would cost thousands. Nope, Shaun did what was needed and did it thoroughly without any padding at all. Cost was $135. I took photos of him on the roof in the rain; I'd fully expected him to say sorry, can't do it today because it is starting to rain. Nope, he didn't do that either. He arrived on time at the end of a full workday to give me first-rate attention. I highly recommend him.

I contacted Berkeley County Home Repair for a door jam replacement & to paint my front door. Shawn showed up promptly for an estimate and the job. I was very pleased with his work. He completed the job in a timely manner and was very professional. I will be looking forward to more of his work in the future.

I called Berkeley County Home Repair to have my gutters cleaned out and my house power washed. The owner, Shawn, was easy to communicate with and showed up on time. He did a great job and i will definitely be contacting him in the future for more work.

Shawn called us each time he came to our home; arrived in time frame he set and we expected; did a beautiful job on a project he did for us in the garage. Job site was left very clean, neat. Also went above and beyond when Shawn fixed our electrical outlet by looking up information on the computer before doing the job and coming back the same day to complete the job. I called Berkeley County Home Repair to replace an old toilet and install a tile backsplash in my kitchen. Shawn came out quick and did a great job. Very professional and did quality work. I will be calling again for any of my home repair needs.
