Kristin and Justin were great to work with. Their quote was competitive and if unexpected things came up, they were proactive in letting us know and giving us options that were considerate of both cost and timeline to help us make informed decisions. Kristin learned our style and helped guide us through design options the whole way. We never felt pressured and they never tried to upsell us. They were trustworthy, attentive, communicative, and really made sure everything was up to their standards as well as ours. All of their subcontractors were great as well. We love how phase 1 of our basement renovation turned out and look forward to partnering with them again on phase 2 in the future!

Bender Homes has done 5 remodel projects for me in the past 3 years. Master Bath, Kitchen & Main Floor, Outdoor Bar, Gas Fireplace in the living room and Basement. The quality of their work is outstanding! They help you every step of the way including suggestions during the design phase. Our fireplace design is so unique.. I call it a Bender Original. Justin and Kristin were absolutely fabulous to work with. From discussing pricing and design it felt like a partnership one with everyone’s best interest in perspective. We were able to work together to meet all our goals and create a space that is now home to my family. They ran ahead of schedule throughout our remodel. Kristin was on top of any potential issues or time frame changes. She was easy to get a hold of with questions and always prompt with responses. Justin did all our cabinetry work (which we love) and truthfully his personality was such a pleasure to have during the install. These two started out our remodel with a contract to do business but became our friends. We love their work so much we are working with them again on a basement remodel! If I could give 10 stars, I WOULD! There is something to be said about great people doing great things and these two offer a package we could not refuse. I highly recommend Bender Homes to anyone looking to embark on a personalized experience in remodeling! Their design and execution checked every box on list and then some more. Bender Homes was phenomenal. My husband and I knew we wanted to remodel our bathroom but weren’t sure exactly what that vision consisted of. Kristin was exactly what we needed to help figure that out. She was very patient and provided us several options as our thoughts around the project continued to grow. We were able to make key design decisions but we’re well guided to get to a positive end result. All of the contractors involved with the implementation of the project were prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable in their crafts. We made some pivots as the project progressed and everyone was helpful and understanding. We couldn’t have ended up with our dream bathroom without Bender Homes!

Bender Homes was great to work with on our kitchen remodel. We needed the space to be more functional and Kristin really listened to what we needed/wanted and gave us good ideas to consider. It truly transformed the space and we actually enjoy spending time in there now. They were very responsive and communicated at every step, even if it wasn’t something we wanted to hear. The project was a little delayed but it wasn’t anything in their control. We never felt uncomfortable with them or any of their contractors being in our home. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Bender Homes helped us remodel two of our bathrooms. They were extremely prompt and responsive the entire time. They helped us select all of the materials and had both bathrooms complete within a couple of days. Their work was of the highest quality and we trusted them working on our bathrooms even though we were out of town. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to remodel their bathrooms.

We used Bender Homes to perform a variety of work including electrical, door installation with framing required, tile installation on a fireplace and a bathtub/faucet.

With the variety of work and contractors we needed, it was much easier to find a company that had or had access to all the different skills and would coordinate all the different work for us.

All the work was done with high quality, timely and with the utmost concern for the final product. They were easy to work, listened to our needs and provided quality feedback giving a second opinion. We purchased most of the items ourselves but they provided companies we could look at for them also for comparison of price, coloring, etc.

We would very definitely use them again if and when we need more work done.

Bender Homes remodeled our kitchen, bath and built a stone wall around our fireplace. Kristin was very helpful with the designs and choosing cabinets, tile, countertops, flooring and fixtures. She’s easy to work with and has great ideas. She gave us options that we hadn’t thought about. Justin’s workmanship is excellent. He’s very detailed, professional and reliable.
