Our kitchen had a leak from a freeze that occurred. Our contractor Andrew was able to identify the leak quickly and had kitchen cabinets removed to treat a mold issue that developed with said leak. After a few days drying out the area the mold was treated and removed getting things ready for a remodel to happen. Benchmark came out to us quickly even though it was new years eve and helped us with our insurance claim to get our kitchen back in order.

Cabinet Modification. Andrew did an excellent job enlarging our existing cabinet to fit a larger oven unit. He kept in touch leading up to our appointment and was right on time. He is very tidy and cleaned the work area when he was finished. He is very professional and I would definitely use this company again!

They tore down my old metal Champion sunroom. Removed the old structure and rebuilt from the concrete up. Did a great job at a very fair price and kept my budget in mind. Cleaned up as they went along and every evening before leaving. Stayed late to get the room dried in before we were expecting rain. Good honest caring people. Showed up when they said they would. In approximately 15 min I had over 15-20 pictures with details of damage. Andy was very professional and his attention to details saved me from buying a home that needed a roof replaced. This is the second time I am using the company. When I arrived home at 7pm my wife informed me of the leak in our guest room which we didn't know how long it had been going on. I called Andrew and he was finishing another project in the other side of town. But he stopped by that same night. We couldn't find the origin of the leak till midnight. I remember him saying, "Please Lord show us where is this leak," after he had tried different locations. He finally found it and stopped the leak for us to be able to have water that morning. I am very grateful for his sacrifice that night. He finally came back to fix the rest of the damage which involved replacing the floors and fixing the ceiling. It was a painful expense but I thank God it's over.
Andrew not only helped me find the best flooring for my house but his installation was timely. He is a great family man that understands the importance of taking care of another family with your budget in mind. Great job guys will use them on future repairs.
