Belmarez Roofing did a FANTASTIC job on our roof that was severely damaged by hail earlier this year. We have used Belmarez Roofing several times in the past. The owner Johnny, is very respectful, helpful and always available to address our questions and concern even when the job is complete. Johnny's workers are professional, they work quickly and effectively to complete the job at hand. They are hard workers who take pride in respecting the owners property and are very respectful. We highly recommend Belmarez Roofing to anyone who needs a new roof.

In addition to the limited buckling shingle repair, the crew inspected and chalked exposed nail heads away from the repair site from the original installation. They did a complete tear off on our 2 roofs and replaced with really good quality shingles, soffit vents & also gutters and downspouts in 2 days. His crew worked hard and did a great job then cleaned up everything afterwards. Johnny is very friendly, answered all of our questions & was great to communicate with us times and dates so we stayed informed through the whole process. He worked with our insurance adjustor & answered questions they had and sent them before & after photos. We are very pleased with our new roofs & love the new color he suggested which turned out to be perfect for our home.

We had Belmarez roofing replace the roof and siding on our barn as well as the roof on our shop. Johnny and his guys were a pleasure to work with, great communication throughout since we did metal we didn't have his normal roofing crew on the job the whole time but Davies crew that was there did a great job everyone made sure we were satisfied to the fullest and didn't bat an eye at any minor changes i had requested. Since i was doing the work on my shop siding myself johnny was very accomdating when it cans to me finishing my stuff before they could start there's even though i don't think i held them up much at all. Great experience all around and pricing was very competitive with the other quotes i received. Thanks again Johnny!

We had a hail storm about a month ago and once we filed the claim to roof completion was about two weeks. Johnny stayed in contact form the first consultation to completion of the project. Had Belmarez Roofing replace my roof 6 months ago, and I am so happy and grateful! Johnny is such a pleasure to work with, communicated well about everything and followed through flawlessly on the project. Treated me like family too. I had a delay in getting the work done for some emergencies that happened, he was patient, and was more than glad to help me when I got back to it. My roof looks incredible and is top notch, not one issue since it was replaced. They also replaced the gutters on the front of my house and I have not had a problem with them since either. Thank you for the excellent work... my home is that much safer and more attractive!

This company is great. They do the job on time or quicker and professionally. Our roof was stripped, new vents and drip edge installed
in a day. They also finished installing 75% of the new roof that same day!

He is an honest guy and will not try to "sell you something you don't need". He is always very responsive and does quality work for a reasonable price. His crew works HARD and long hours and knocks the job out quickly and they do a great job on cleanup. Can't say enough good things about this company. Johnny was recommended to us by two people and we are so glad!! Our roof, front porch fascia, and gutters were not draining correctly. He came out and did a thorough inspection and discovered some things that needed attention. As we talked further we decided to re-roof as well since it was over 20 years old. While re-roofing it was discovered there were hidden problems that had been created by the builder that needed to be repaired. Johnny and his employees handled everything with honesty and professionalism and completed ALL of the work in one day!!!
