Miguel and his crew did a fantastic job, replacing our gutters and downspouts. They had previously replaced the old singles of our roof with an entirely new roof system in 2016. So, having them back was an easy decision due to the quality of their work and excellent customer service! Thank you Bell Roofing!!

Miguel and Mike at Bell did a phenomenal job on a full replacement siding and gutter job for me this summer.

The crews were efficient and skillful, knocking out the project in 3 days. Both Mike and Miguel stopped in a handful of times along the way to ensure workmanship.

The quality of work and attention to detail (caulking, flush edges etc.) made me a very happy customer. Also the pricing was more reasonable vs. quotes from 2 other local outfits.

Last year we used Bell Roofing for a minor repair to our old roof. They were reasonably priced and responsive - even for this little project. This year when we had storm damage they were on our short list for quotes.

In the end, we chose Bell Roofing again and are so happy that we did. We were one of the first in our area to have the work done, Miguel was extremely responsive and always was available to make sure we had the information that we needed, and the crew was very professional.

We even had 2 different situations where our job was a bit complicated, one area with a flat roof and the other related to the gutters. Each was addressed with care to make sure the right thing was done.

Best of all, they worked around the weather so that our roof was open never exposed to the elements and started at a reasonable time of 8 am. Very satisfied and would highly recommend Bell Roofing.

We were in a pinch and needed an emergency roof repair. Raccoons had torn away six square feet of roofing in a difficult part of the roof. Miguel came out on a Sunday to get us patched up, and finished up just as the rain started. Responsive and good at what they do, highly recommended!

I was extremely nervous about my project & I didn't know what the job entailed. after much research I learned. there was a leak in my roof from icing. the estimate was very affordable considering what he did. his work comes with a 5 yr warranty on his labor. he explained every step of what he was doing as he did the work so i understood it. These guys were fantastic! We had only lived in our new home for 3 weeks when a storm damaged part of our roof. After getting one very outrageous quote I called Bell Roofing for a second opinion. Miguel came out just a few hours after I called, looked at our roof, and gave me a VERY reasonable quote on the spot! He then came and did the repairs the next morning! The entire project was handled in less than 24 hours, and our roof looks great. I am so pleased!

We had originally contracted with a different company, but realized we had made a mistake. When we met Miguel, we knew we were in good hands. His estimate included all possible costs, so there were no surprises. He and his crew worked long and hard to get our roof done in a timely manner. They replaced everything including plywood and chimney, and they did a beautiful job.

We called Bell Roofing to handle a storm damage claim and work with our insurance company. Miguel came out and met with the adjuster, and got them to agree to increase their estimate. I had a roof leak at a time when we got ten inches of rain in one week. I called Miguel, he visited my house and gave me a fair, honest quote and installed the roof the next day.
On the day of installation Mr, Gonzalez had me go up and look at the repairs he was making and take pictures.

Update: We asked Bell Roofing to come back to install a TPO-membrane roof on the porch of our house. They were flexible, efficient, and affordable. A year ago: Bell Roofing applied 9 inches of insulation, a TPO membrane, and a metal edge to the low-pitched roof of our 1950s house. They had to troubleshoot, "punt", and be very patient with us. Their estimate was neither the highest or the lowest, and I think it was worth it. Thanks to Miguel and everyone for their hard work and expertise. Here's hoping it lasts for a looonnng time.

After getting multiple quotes for a re-roofing job, we decided on Bell roofing and are we glad we did. The price was excellent (no sales commission because you are dealing with the owner Miguel). The roofing material was superior quality. Miguel was very hands on with this project and always readily available by phone. They made sure to not damage any plants surrounding the building and their clean - up didnt leave a trace of anything. Miguel made this whole process painless. I would give them a A++++ and highly recommend them.

Bell Roofing put on a new roof on our house about 1 1/2 years ago. At that time, I asked them for an estimate as I saw they were doing a lot of work in our neighborhood and they are local. When you call, you deal directly with the owner Miguel. Bell Roofing does quality work and stands behind their finished product. The strong winds last weekend caused a shingle to tear. One call to Miguel and he came out the same afternoon and repaired the damaged shingle. I highly recommend Bell to anyone needing roofing or gutter repairs.

I had a wonderful experience with Miguel . He is an honest and a very professional gentlemen and so is his crew. He walked me through the whole process of the insurance agent, and the inspector and then some. The estimate given was accurate . The job done was exceptional !Despite being the boss, he always came before the crew and was efficient in his job. I wish he did more than roofing and sidings. Miguel is amazing and I would high recommend him. We needed an estimate on a house we wanted to purchase so we had information for our insurance company. He was able to help us take care of that within a couple days, followed up with us the day before our closing, and then the day after we closed on our house he met us to sign the contract and schedule the work. He was very professional, took care of the permit and kept in touch every step of the way. Him and his crew had the work done in 1.5 days with incredible clean-up. Miguel was professional and timely with his estimate for a complete tear off and installation of a new GAF shingle roof.
His estimate was one of 5 that we received and we chose him because of his professional and honest demeanor and he was giving us more for our money compared to the other estimates. Work was completed within 2 days and his crew was careful with our plantings and did an excellent clean up. Once the job was complete his crew stayed to clean out our gutters and replace the gutter guard which we appreciated.
