Belden/X-Mark

I was let go because of lies. I know some of the stuff was either doctored up or they saw it wrong. I was on a hole punching machine and the supervisor says I was tossing things into a box. It dawned on me afterwards that I wasn't. If they look at the camera they would see i have one box on a bucket that I'm taking from and the other box is situated on a table next to me to my right. They said there were complaints on day shift and I work night. The problem is you don't have exactly who worked one job, because most of the time there are multiple people working a job or day shift does half of it. So a cover up is to pass it along and blame it on someone else. Management constantly makes mistakes which they take blame for but you hold one mistake against a guy who's been there a couple months when you have 15 or so years at this company. So it's ok you screw up after all these years but I'm crucified for it??? Mistakes on managements part was at least once a week. Eve. The job that I was crucified for i was told it should have never been given to us in the first place because it wasn't completed. But they skipped over that screw up and hit me. Guys going to the bathroom for 20 min breaks 3 times every night but they are kept on.
